“I, Edwina Streak-Ridge of formerly of Silverstreak Pack…” spoke Edwina.
Aaron knew what was coming. “No, no, stop! You cannot.”
But Edwina ignored him. “…adopted daughter of Everridge Hounds, reject you, Aaron Silvermaw, the Lycan Prince as my mate,” shouted Edwina, tears streaming down her face.
A bright light escaped Edwina’s chest and she fell to her knees clenching her chest to ease the pain. Aaron stood before her completely frozen, perplexed. He couldn’t believe what Edwina just said. She was his true love. How could she reject him and why?

Alpha Rodion changed the punishment just like my father changed her verdict," explained Aaron.

"Your father did what?" snapped Valenthia and Thorin.

"He changed her verdict. His council said that she was not guilty, but my father changed it to guilty and gave her the punishment to train me. Now if you guys will close your eyes, I will bring Ronald back, he can calm her down," said Aaron.

"Right, right! Last time he calmed her down. But it was Winter who Ronald calmed down, will Edwina listen to Ronald?" asked Valenthia.
