They Meet the Parents

After a brief moment of contemplation, Mrs. Lu finally recalled.

"So, you're Yutong. I can hardly believe it's been so many years since we last met, and how you've grown," Mrs. Lu remarked casually.

Fu Shihan, puzzled, asked, "Yutong, do you know her?"

Yutong smiled gently, "Aunt Lu, she's Uncle Han Chuan's aunt."

Fu Shihan's expression shifted with a newfound hostility toward Mrs. Lu.

She harbored a deep dislike for the Lu family.

Unfazed, Yutong subtly tugged at Fu Shihan's sleeve, urging her to remain composed.

With some effort, Fu Shihan suppressed her rising temper.

Though Mrs. Lu was acquainted with Yutong, she did not greet her warmly.

Yutong, in her eyes, was a woman of deep scheming; outwardly considerate, but harboring hidden malice.

"Are you asking us to evict someone?" Mrs. Lu's voice was firm.
