He laid her down on the bed slowly as they entered their private suite. Her necklace caught on his shirt as he tried to get up, making him smile mischievously. "Even fate doesn't want me to leave your side. Taya, what have you done to me?" 

He crushed his lips against hers, letting his tongue take control, yearning for her taste. Taya quickly melted into his aggressive kiss, trying to keep up with him, but damn, he was far more skilled than she was.

He pulled away, running his fingers through her hair, gazing into her eyes to see if she was okay and if he could continue. But this time, she was the one who kissed him, her touch soft and delicate. She knew she would regret it if she let this happen again. She couldn't refuse him if he wanted to make love to her, even if he felt nothing for her.
