Neocast; A device anyone can use to emulate the power of any animal. From the gigantic whales in the waters, to the speeding falcons in the sky, or the simple raccoons in the wild, also included are those slithering snakes in trees.



It is said Neocasts are only available to those whom are privileged enough to afford it, or to those who have connections to get a hold of it. But a recent event in the academy city happened that made the Neocast available for anyone whom are willing to get a hold of it.
