*Chapter 11: The Attack on Konoha*

As the final match concluded, the signal was given. Orochimaru's forces, disguised as members of the Sound and Sand villages, launched their attack. Chaos erupted as explosions rocked the stadium, and giant snakes tore through the village streets.

Himanshu and Divyansh were ready. They had anticipated this moment, and their preparations paid off. They moved quickly, coordinating with Shikamaru and the other genin to evacuate civilians and counter the enemy forces.

Kakashi, Gai, and the other jonin engaged the invaders, fighting to protect their village. Himanshu and Divyansh found themselves facing Orochimaru's subordinates, their battle skills put to the ultimate test.

"Himanshu! Divyansh!" Kakashi called out as he fought alongside them. "Protect the villagers and take down any enemies you encounter! We'll handle Orochimaru!"

Himanshu nodded, his Sharingan spinning as he dodged an attack. "Got it, sensei! We'll hold the line!"

Divyansh unleashed a barrage of Rasengans, his clones swarming the battlefield. "Let's show them what we've got, Himanshu!"

The brothers fought side by side, their bond strengthening with every strike. They knew that the battle for Konoha was only the beginning. The world of Naruto was filled with dangers, but together, they could face anything.

As the smoke clearedand the chaos began to settle, the brothers found themselves in the heart of the battlefield. The sky was darkened by smoke and ash, and the sounds of combat echoed through the streets. Explosions and the clash of metal rang out as the defenders of Konoha fought to protect their home.

Despite their fatigue, Himanshu and Divyansh pressed on, their bodies moving almost on instinct. They had trained for this moment, prepared for the reality of war. With their plot knowledge, they knew how the battle was supposed to play out. They could use that knowledge to alter the course of events, to change the outcome.

As they fought through the streets, they encountered familiar faces—fellow genin and friends struggling to defend their village. Shikamaru was using his Shadow Possession Jutsu to trap a group of enemies, while Choji and Ino provided backup. Rock Lee was fighting fiercely against the invaders, his taijutsu skills unmatched. Neji, despite his loss to Divyansh, was taking down enemies with his Byakugan and Gentle Fist techniques.

"Good to see you're still kicking, Shikamaru!" Divyansh called out, landing beside his friend.

Shikamaru grunted, still holding a group of enemy shinobi in his shadow's grasp. "Yeah, but this is such a drag. Could've used some more of those shadow clones of yours a minute ago."

Himanshu joined them, his Sharingan scanning the surroundings. "Focus on evacuating the civilians. Leave the stronger enemies to us."

Shikamaru nodded. "Got it. You two be careful. Orochimaru's still out there."

As Shikamaru and his team moved to help the civilians, Himanshu and Divyansh continued their assault. They knew Orochimaru's goal: the assassination of the Third Hokage. They had to find a way to stop him, but they also knew that Orochimaru's power was beyond their current level. Even with plot knowledge, facing him directly would be suicide.

"Divyansh, we need to find a way to disrupt Orochimaru's plan without confronting him head-on," Himanshu said, his eyes scanning the chaos around them.

Divyansh nodded. "We can't take him down ourselves, not yet. But we can help weaken his forces and protect the Hokage. If we can buy time, maybe—"

Before he could finish, an enormous roar echoed through the village. The ground trembled as one of Orochimaru's giant summoned snakes tore through a building, heading straight for the Hokage's location.

"Damn it!" Divyansh exclaimed. "We can't let that thing reach the Hokage!"

With a quick nod to his brother, Divyansh leaped into action, summoning several shadow clones. They swarmed the giant snake, each clone launching a Rasengan at the creature's massive body. The snake hissed and thrashed, knocking buildings aside as it tried to shake off the attacks. Himanshu joined the fray, his Sharingan guiding his movements as he aimed precise, powerful strikes at the snake's eyes and mouth.

The combined effort of the brothers and Divyansh's clones began to take its toll on the snake. With a final, powerful Chidori, Himanshu struck the snake's head, piercing its skull and causing the creature to collapse to the ground, lifeless.

Breathing heavily, the brothers stood atop the fallen snake, surveying the battlefield. The tide of the battle was slowly turning in Konoha's favor, but the threat was far from over. They could see the ANBU Black Ops moving through the village, engaging with Orochimaru's forces. And in the distance, the ominous barrier that trapped the Third Hokage and Orochimaru was still in place.

"We need to help the Hokage," Divyansh said, his voice determined.

Himanshu hesitated, knowing the story. In the original timeline, the Third Hokage would sacrifice himself to seal Orochimaru's arms, crippling his ability to perform jutsu. Changing that event could have unpredictable consequences. But letting the Hokage die without trying to help went against everything they stood for.

"Alright," Himanshu agreed. "But we need to be smart about it. We can't just rush in. We need to find a way to weaken Orochimaru, just like in the story. If we can give the Third an opening, he might be able to seal him."

They made their way toward the barrier, moving quickly through the wreckage of the village. As they approached, they could see Orochimaru and the Hokage locked in combat within the barrier. The Hokage was holding his own, but it was clear that he was struggling. The strain of using the Reaper Death Seal was beginning to take its toll.

Just then, the brothers spotted four sound ninja maintaining the barrier, their hands raised in concentration. They were the key to disrupting the barrier. If they could take them out, they might give the Hokage a fighting chance.

"Those are our targets," Himanshu said, pointing to the sound ninja. "We take them out, and the barrier drops."

Divyansh grinned, summoning more shadow clones. "Let's make this quick."

With swift, coordinated attacks, the brothers and their clones launched themselves at the sound ninja. The sound ninja, surprised by the sudden assault, struggled to maintain the barrier as they fought off the clones. Himanshu used his Sharingan to predict their movements, while Divyansh used his clones to overwhelm them with sheer numbers.

One by one, the sound ninja fell, their concentration broken. The barrier around Orochimaru and the Hokage flickered, then shattered, leaving the two combatants exposed.

The Third Hokage glanced up in surprise as the barrier fell, his eyes widening at the sight of the brothers. For a moment, their eyes met, and Himanshu could see the silent gratitude in the Hokage's gaze. This was the opening he needed.

"Hokage-sama!" Divyansh shouted. "Now's your chance!"

The Third Hokage nodded, gathering his remaining strength. He summoned the Shinigami, the spirit of the Reaper Death Seal, and reached out to grasp Orochimaru. Orochimaru, realizing his disadvantage, attempted to pull away, but the combined efforts of the brothers and the Hokage's resolve held him in place.

The Hokage channeled the power of the seal, the Shinigami's hand reaching through him to grab Orochimaru. A fierce struggle ensued, Orochimaru's eyes wide with fury and desperation. In the end, the Hokage managed to seal Orochimaru's arms, just as in the original timeline, but he was spared the ultimate sacrifice.

The battle between the Hokage and Orochimaru ended with Orochimaru retreating, his arms useless and his plans in ruins. The village was left battered and bruised, but it stood.
