When a celestial pig is involved then nothing can go right
Arlong has a lot of haterate towards humans.
The reason was the same as many other fishman like him. Especially after the death of the Fisher Tiger his hate level has increased exponentially. Due to the hate and anger he felt upon the death of the Fisher Tiger, the former captains of the Sun pirates, Arlong attacked the marines all by himself.
But the result of his recklessness was not good for him. At first he beat up a dozen of marines until one of the devil fruit users showed up. That Marine with an annoying look on his face defeated him so easily as if he is nothing more than an insect. The power gap was so much that it was almost hard to believe.
It was an eye opener for Arlong. But opening his eyes meant nothing if he still wears the black tinted glasses of haterate in front of his eyes.
Fishman have superior strength than humans in general. Apart from this they were also very good swimmers and could easily breath underwater and survive very high pressure near the surface of the ocean.
But the concept that fishmen are superior to humans was wrong. Arlong knew that he was not strong. Infact, Jimbei was a lot stronger than him. He knew that there were a lot of humans stronger than him. But he just wanted to take revenge. That's why he choose East blue where the weakest among the humans usually lives. He was planning to go there, and teach the humans a lesson for their crimes.

"Captain ! There is a world government ship towards the north east."
Hachi, shouted from the crow's nest.
Everyone's attention was drawn to the octopus fishman. And then it was turned to Arlong.
A ship of the world government weather it is carrying some goods slaves or the celestial dragons, has always a level of security with it. Usually along with CP agents a Marine captain stays in the ship for it's protection. And that's the minimum protection any world government ship gets.
While pirates have some common knowledge about the working and traditions of the world government, they were not informed about everything in details. Sometime a world government ship can get the security from multiple vice admirals or an admiral. Then there are CP 0 agents who are considered as the elite of the elite among the CP organisation.
That's why mostly pirates ships avoid a world government vessel more than any marine warship.
While Arlong was wearing the black tinted glasses of hate, he was not completely blind. Neither he was an idiot.
"For now, keep distance from them and continue in the direction we are going earlier ! We have places to be. No need to waste time on filthy humans.
But if they go in the same direction as us, then we will think those filthy humans. We will only attack if a good chance shows up and take them down in one fell swoop. Then continue our journey." Arlong declared.
Hearing Arlong's words, Hachi felt relieved. Unlike his captain, he was not a racist. That's why he was glad that his captain was not an idiot and didn't order them to attack the ship directly. It would have been a disaster.

As time passed away very thick fog appeared in the ocean. It was a typical grandline situation. In these type of situations, marines have their eternal log poses to count on. And most of the pirate crews stays dependent on their navigator. But in Arlong's crew, there was no skilled navigator.
It resulted they are ship to drift away from their original route. The next day when the fog cleared, the Arlong pirates found themselves directly in front of the ship of the world government.
The fat celestial dragon who was standing on the deck while drinking his alcohol, saw their ship as soon as they came out of the fog.
"Rear admiral !" The celestial dragon screamed like a girl.
Doberman who was inside the ship immediately came out hearing his call.
"My lord, is there any problem ?"
"That is a pirate ship with fishmen in it right ?" Doberman looked at the scary looking ship of the Arlong pirates. Being one of the rear admirals, he immediately recognised the pirates on board.
"They are fishman pirates sir." Doberman nodded.
"Then what are you waiting for kill them before they attack our ship." The fat pig immediately ordered.
Doberman was one of the rear admirals with absolute justice mindset. So he didn't hesitate to attack.
He might not be strong as his idol Akainu. Or talented like his peers Gion and Tokiyaki, but he was strong and confident enough to take on the entire pirate crew by himself.
"CP agents ! Protect the lord in my absence."
Doberman has eaten a zoan type devil fruit, the dog dog fruit model Doberman. Along with innate ferocity of a Doberman, he gain a massive increase in speed and strength along with hyper senses. Especially his sense of smell is enhanced by at least 50 times in his Zoan form. Not to mention, apart from his devil fruit, he has also a very strong physique.
But that's not all, out of 6 Marine powers, He has already learnt four of them. Tempest kick, Shave, Iron body and moon walk were the fear some abilities that he can combine with his devil fruit power and make them even more ferocious. Last but not the least, in terms of Haki, he has only managed to learn the colour of armament. Although his haki was far weaker than someone like Gion, it was enough to deal with the pirates of Arlong's crew, who didn't even know the concept of haki.
On the other hand, the Arlong pirates were disoriented from the sudden appearance of the world government ship in front of them.
But Arlong quickly recovered.
"It seems even fate want us to destroy this vessel of the filthy humans. What are you waiting for ! Go dismantle the ship from the water ! When they won't have anything to stand on, let's see how they survive." Arlong ordered his crew. He was full of malicious intents. But it was already too late.
"Captain ! There is a strange creature ! It is flying in the sky and coming towards us !" The fishman, who was on watch duty, immediately shouted at the others.
"What ! It must be a devil fruit user !" Arlong deducted.
But his deduction has no value as Doberman launched a Tempest kick towards their ship, while still in the mid air.

AN: this story is going to continue in a very slow pace. While I am trying to write multiple chapters per day, it is very difficult while maintaining my other five stories. But I am not going back on my words. I will try my best to make a story my best story yet.
