In one swift movement, his hand gripped the back of her neck.
“You have no idea what you’re asking for,” he murmured, staring into her soul, his breath warm against her skin.
But Claire didn’t flinch. She slid her hand down, brushing against the hard outline of him through his jeans, maintaining intense eye contact.
