After the meeting, Dewi and Fitri slipped into Emeka and Austina's dorm, where Irish and Karanja lingered in the corner, half-eaten snacks strewn across the floor. Emeka flung the door open with his trademark grin. "Where's the rest of your squad? Just you two?"
Before Dewi could reply, Fitri cut in, smooth as polished steel. "They needed rest. Six's a crowd anyway."
Dewi's gaze lingered on Fitri—too quick, too casual.
'Since when does she dodge gatherings?' But she swallowed the doubt, letting the room's chaos swallow her instead.
What followed was a riot of laughter and recklessness. They binge-watched a thriller, dissecting plot holes between fistfuls of popcorn. Irish confessed her crush on the campus barista; Karanja retaliated with a mortifying story about his failed skateboarding phase. Pillows were hurled, playlists blared, and at one point, Austina dragged them into a dance-off that left Emeka wheezing on the floor.
Dewi laughed until her ribs ached, yet her eyes kept flicking to Fitri, who leaned against the windowsill, her smile sharp as a blade.
The night hummed with secrets, but for now, the chaos was enough.

Elsewhere, in Rian's dimly lit dorm, Sebastian slumped onto the edge of the bed, his fingers digging into the sheets. Shadows stretched thin across the room as he pulled Rian close, his voice frayed.
"Something's off with Dewi. She forgot about the shooting. Didn't tell me where she was going. She always tells me, even if it's just the corner store. It's… not her." he said with sad tone
Rian carded a hand through Sebastian's hair, his tone soothing. "Relax, babe. Maybe she's processing. Or… hiding something she can't share yet." He pressed a kiss to Sebastian's temple.
"anyways, How'd your day going ? Sorry I was in Bandung this morning—" he change the topic because he kinds curious what he doing without him
Sebastian stiffened, cutting him off. "That's why you vanished. You know, actually i wanna go out with you this day especially we are in Sunday day with summer... Eating together with harmony with Chinese cuisine. But yeah, I ended up getting Chinese food with Farhan instead."
Rian's hand stilled. "whatt??? With… Farhan?" The name hung in the air like a struck chord, sharp and dissonant.
"Yeah, with Farhan. I was gonna go alone, but he showed up. And guess what? He paid. Three portions, for free for me. How is sweet it was" Sebastian grinned, patting his stomach like a contented cat.
Rian's jealousy ignited—a wildfire scorching his ribs. He bit back the urge to snap, Stay away from my partner, and forced his voice flat. "So… what'd you do after?"
Sebastian tilted his head, eyes drifting upward as if sifting through memories. Then—he smiled. A soft, serene thing that made Rian's fists clench.
"i kinda forgot but after that we hit the cinema. His idea." he said like a nothings wrong
"oh"
"what do you mean oh? Are ya not curious like what's movie i watch... You know you should try this movie.. It's fantastic and it's really great like... It's make me cry.."
'so, that shitboy is looking my partner when he crying, he little shit..'
"it's called hyperpigmentation movie, you should try that one" he said
"oke but i think we should stop talking because it's already midnight, are you not sleepy yet babe?" he ask, thinking that probably he kinda tired of THAT doing
"it's oke, i' m fine. I mean, you go to Bandung, right? Tell me, what did you do over there? It's fun?" he said curiously
Rian just kiss Sebastian's forehead and said, " nothing, it's so boring because it's not for holiday purposes. But if we want to honeymoon over there, i think we should in December when holidays day are coming "he said, with little joking around
" are yaa.... "
Because of that, they then running around the room, pillow hurled, and something fun when they do games. They sleep 20 minutes after everything goes sleepy...
" good night, my lovely person "Rian said with harmonious melody in his voices
" good night, babe. Have a nice dream... "
