Will: "So what exactly do I need to do to set only you free? Because I can't really think of anything."
Amara: "Don't worry, I know how. You have to do a ritual to create me a physical body, then I can simply move from the mark to it. The hardest part will be that you have to get better at controlling the power of destruction to keep it inside after I leave because it is only me that keeps it from escaping through the mark. So it will take a bit of time before we can actually do it, maybe a year or two."
Will: "How exactly do you know this ritual? ... Wait, are you aware of things that happened even while locked in there?"
Amara: "Will, the powers that gave life to this universe were originally a part of me, so of course I still am somewhat linked to them. I can't control them like I used to, but I can still see all of creation from the beginning till now if I want to. I just have to want to know something, and I can. Think of it as omnipresent, just not omnipotent like I used to be."
Will: "OK, that is overpowered as hell, but never mind that. Tell me then, do you know if my mother's soul is still in my old home like the show?"
Amara: "Yes, it is. The poltergeist is there also."
Will: "Yes, that is perfect. Then can I use the ritual to make a physical body and then somehow put her soul inside to resurrect her?"
Ring... Ring... Ring
Will woke up because he could hear he was receiving a phone call.
Will: "Damn it, why now? Couldn't it wait 5 more minutes?"
Amara: "Don't worry, Will, we can still talk in your mind even when you are awake."
Will: "You scared me for a moment, Amara. Then why did you wait until I fell asleep?"
Amara: "Because I wanted our first meeting to be somewhat face to face. I was imprisoned a long time; a few hours didn't matter much. And to answer your question from before, yes, you can resurrect your mother if you have her soul. You have to first create her a new body, then do another ritual to cleanse it from the influence of the limbo she is now in, and then you can simply put her soul in."
Will: "Perfect. I was planning to bargain with Death after Lucifer summoned him. What is the deal with Death, by the way? What exactly is he? Because he seemed very overpowered in the show."
Amara: "Death and his reapers are the physical embodiment of the power of death that was once part of me. They came into being when the first humans died as a way to guide the souls to the afterlife they are a part of. They are also obsessed with keeping the balance of the natural order, so Death doesn't really use his power if he doesn't have to. But if he wanted, he could kill almost anything because every conscious being in existence is capable of free will."
Will: "So basically, don't piss off Death because he could kill you with a touch."
Amara: "Yes, for anyone else but us two. Me, because his power was once mine, so if I want to, it won't work on me. And for you... Will, you called me overpowered earlier, but in a way, you are more special than me. Your soul doesn't have its origin in this world, so anything that affects the soul, like Death's powers, won't work on you. That is why I am certain that in time you can control the power of destruction completely. Only things that affect the physical realm still work, but after you got the mark, you become literally indestructible. The only way to stop you now is to seal you away, and it has to be a strong seal like the original dimension I locked myself into. If it is something weaker, like Lucifer's cage, you could tear it to bits. So who is the OP one now, huh?"
Will: "Wow, so I don't have to worry about almost anything hurting me now. I can't complain about that."
Amara: "Yes, Will, you can do whatever you want from now on."
Will: "I like the sound of that."
Will gets up from the bed.
Will: "Now I have a reunion with my mother to get to."
The phone starts ringing again.
Will: "This better be urgent... Hello, who am I talking to?"
Rebekah: "Hello, William. This is Rebekah."
Will: "Rebekah? It has only been like what, 5 to 6 hours since we last spoke? What happened, dear? Miss me already?"
Rebekah: "..."
Will: "I don't know what I can do for you if you don't tell me."
Rebekah: "Can we meet?"
Will: "I have something very important to do. Can it wait a bit?"
Rebekah: "Please?"
Will: "Fine, but it has to be quick, or you will have to wait. Come near the mansion; I'll come to you."
Rebekah: "I'm already there."
Will: "Fine, I will be there in a few moments."
Will quickly changed into new clothes, cast a spell, and teleported to the mansion.
Amara: "Will, you can stop using your soul as a power source for the spells now. Use the mark instead. The power of destruction is infinite, so you have the potential to be the strongest magician that ever existed. But most importantly, it would be good training for you in controlling the mark and its power."
Will: "I'll try to experiment with that a bit later then. Thanks for telling me. Do you know what Rebekah wants from me?"
Amara: "No, I don't. I usually don't use my powers if I don't have to; it's boring to know everything all the time."
Will: "Then how exactly does that work if you keep it turned off most of the time?"
Amara: "Think of it as a search bar inside my head with the answer to everything from the beginning of existence till now. But not anything from the future; even I don't know that."
As they talked with each other, Will arrived at the borders of the wards for his mansion, and Rebekah was waiting there.
Will: "Rebekah, it is nice seeing you again. You look as beautiful as ever."
Rebekah: "Thank you."
Will: "So what exactly can I do for you?"
Rebekah: "Can I stay with you for some time?"
Will didn't say anything for a few moments.
Will: "Can you tell me the reason you want to stay here?"
Rebekah: "Because I really don't want to see my older brother Niklaus, and my other brother Elijah is daggered in a coffin somewhere because he defied Nik, so I don't have anywhere else to go. This mansion keeps me out, so it means it can also keep out my father, who wants to kill all of his children. By staying here, it means I will not be afraid of him anymore."
Will: "Your family sounds fun... You know what? You can stay for as long as you like."
Rebekah: "Thank you."
Will quickly came in front of Rebekah, and before she could react, he touched her forehead, and then he was back in his original position.
Rebekah: "What was that for? I know you don't want to hurt me, as you had the chance before but didn't do it. Please tell me before you do something like that."
Will: "Sorry, dear. I wanted to scare you a bit. You are a fun one to tease, and that was me giving you permission to pass through the wards protecting the house."
Rebekah pouted: "Don't tease me again, or I will rip your arms off."
Will: "And that won't work; they will grow back immediately. And besides..."
Will practically teleported in front of Rebekah. With his mouth almost touching her ear, he whispered, "I'm stronger than you could ever imagine, so your little threats don't work on me. Do that again, and I will spank your ass."
Rebekah, with goosebumps from his breath that she could feel on her ear, responded, "You wouldn't dare."
Will: "Oh, but I definitely will."
Will, as quickly as before, went back to his original position.
"You can go inside. I have something very important to do."
Rebekah: "Can I tag along? I spent years being locked up by that crazy collector, so I am very bored."
Will: "It is very personal; I don't know if you should."
Rebekah: "Please."
Will: "Fine, it seems I can't really say no to you. Let's go then."
