Red awoke to an unfamiliar stillness, a void that enveloped him like thick fog. His senses began to sharpen one by one, and amidst the lingering haze, a single thought pierced through the confusion: Skill, A rare ability, one that was not merely a figment of his imagination, but a tangible force capable of conversing with him. It was a startling realization, stirring something profound within him.
"Master, you have possessed me for quite some time, yet your abilities remained dormant until now. After your battle with that formidable spirit, you experienced a dramatic increase in power, and as a result, I have been released."
Red's heart raced. Had he truly leveled up? When had this transformation occurred? A mixture of astonishment and exhilaration flowed through him like electricity, compelling him to examine his status.
With renewed curiosity, he inquired, "Let me check my stats."

"Holy God, what is this?" His voice trembled, a mixture of bewilderment and awe. "My status and skills—everything has changed! How is this possible? Was my fight with Ignite truly that perilous? I felt as though I'd vanquished a final boss! Toxic Grain, Hawk Eye, Instinct Technique, Night Beam, Beast Taming, and even the mastery of Fire and Dark Energy Manipulation! This is extraordinary!**"
As he reveled in his newfound power, excitement surged within him, and he nearly forgot the unappealing sensation of the oozing leaves that clung to his skin like a foreign substance.
"And my servants..." His thoughts shifted; the enormity of this revelation weighed heavily on him. During his unconsciousness, he had gained not only strength but had resurrected an innumerable host of allies.*
"Sage, enlighten me—what transpired during my absence?" Red urged, his voice dripping with curiosity.
"Master, after you succumbed to unconsciousness, events unfolded in a manner you could never have anticipated." The sage began, his tone solemn yet vibrant with untold stories.
"Upon your fall, I decided to clear the dungeon on your behalf.
"But first, I needed to resurrect "
"Resurrect Fire Spirit, Ignite!" The sage intoned, summoning the arcane energies required for the ritual. An intricate circle formed beneath the charred remnants of the fire spirit's essence. The energy spiraled and coalesced, reanimating the spirit, encasing it in an armor as dark as the void, streaked with luminous crimson patterns that pulsated with an internal flame.
As Ignite knelt before Red, his eyes flickered with flames.
"Master, I am here to serve you," he declared, the power radiating from him palpable.
"Excellent! Now, let us descend to awaken the Serpent King."
Yet, before they could move, a voice echoed with authority. "Wait! Who dares to intrude upon my master's domain?"
"Ah, you've keen senses! I am one of his skills, Sage Art. After the battle, he lost consciousness, and I facilitated a connection between us. Fear not; I mean you no harm."
"If you say so"
"Once Ignite was resurrected, a new skill—Fire Energy Manipulation—was bestowed upon you. We then summoned the Serpent King."
"Resurrect, Lord of Serpents, and serve me!"
*From that point, you obtained the skill Hardening, a defensive mechanism that allows you to shield parts of your being with royal scales—a formidable asset in battle."
"After that, we ascended to the dungeon's apex, where we encountered Albeido, a dark beast tamer whose prowess was unmatched. However, due to your severe injuries, I directed Ignite and the Serpent King to finish him off"
"Fools! I am Albeido, a dark beast tamer, and my cadre of minions will obliterate you!" His voice dripped with arrogance, but desperation brimmed beneath.
"Hell's Fire—Incinerate!" Ignite unleashed a torrent of flame that engulfed their foes, the inferno consuming everything within its reach, leaving ashes in its wake, akin to the aftermath of an atomic explosion.
"Splendid! It appears we've quelled our adversaries.**"
"Sage, resurrect them!" Ignite commanded
"Hmm, resurrect the beast tamer?" The sage doubted.
"Yes! We shall resurrect him, along with all his servitors. A master needs an army, and they seemed quite formidable."
In the dimly lit depths of the dungeon, a palpable tension hung in the air, thick with the remnants of battle. The echoes of conflict faded, leaving only the charred remains of those who had dared to challenge the master. "Of course they were strong," he mused, gazing at the ashes scattered across the cold stone floor, "but you didn't give them a single chance to attack." His voice trailed off, a hint of satisfaction lacing his words as he surveyed the aftermath of his power.
With a commanding presence, he declared, "RESURRECT EVERYONE!" Instantly, a magical circle materialized beneath him, its intricate patterns swirling and pulsating with energy. The circle expanded, enveloping the entire chamber, devouring the lifeless bodies that lay strewn about. From the depths of this arcane force, a new army emerged: wolves, goblins, and elf, all cloaked in shadow yet adorned with shimmering patterns that glinted in the dim light. Their eyes glowed a vivid green, a testament to their rebirth.
"MASTER, HOW CAN WE SERVE YOU?" they intoned in unison, kneeling before him in reverence. The sight was both awe-inspiring and humbling, a testament to the authority he wielded over life and death.
As the echoes of their voices faded, a series of notifications resonated within his mind, each one a mark of his growing power:
NOTICE: BEAST TAMING SKILL HAS BEEN LEARNED [ALLOWS USER TO TAME A BEAST/MONSTER/DIVINE SPIRIT].
NOTICE: ARCHERY SKILL LEARNED BY ELF.
NOTICE: LONG HEARING AND LONG SMELL SKILLS HAVE BEEN LEARNED BY WOLVES.
NOTICE: ALL USEFUL SKILLS HAVE BEEN LEARNED ACCORDING TO THE HOST BODY.
NOTICE: CONGRATULATIONS ON CLEARING THE DUNGEON. YOU RECEIVE AN ULTIMATE SKILL: INFLUENCE, which allows the user to change the physical appearance and condition of the surroundings and its people. YOU
ALSO ACQUIRE A DARK ENERGY SWORD [YOU CANNOT USE IT NOW DUE TO LOW/NONEXISTENT SWORD SKILLS].
With a satisfied nod, he remarked, "Well, I think we are done here."
He mounted Wooble, his loyal steed, and rode forth towards the goblin village. The familiar sights of home welcomed him as he called out, "Hello, everyone! I am back!"
"Master, master! How are you?" the goblins exclaimed, their voices a chorus of joy.
As he surveyed their delighted faces, he felt a warmth spread through him. Yet, he knew he must share the tale of his conquest in the dungeon. "I am not Red," he explained, "but rather a manifestation of his skills." The revelation sent ripples of astonishment through the gathered crowd. They could hardly fathom the extent of his newfound abilities.
One by one, he introduced his companions to the goblins, each name met with awe. Before he settled down for a well-deserved rest, he requested Targan to show him the body of the fallen Goblin King. With a wave of his hand, he resurrected the once-mighty ruler, a testament to his power and mastery over life itself. Exhausted yet content, he finally laid down to sleep, the weight of the day's events slipping away into the realm of dreams.
**Back to Present Time**
"Wow, Sage Master, you have accomplished an enormous feat while I lay unconscious. Thank you for all the hard work you have done for me," i said, my voice filled with genuine gratitude.
"Master, please don't embarrass me," Sage replied, a hint of humility coloring his tone. "After all, I am here to serve you."
"Hmm," i pondered, my mind racing with thoughts of strategy and power. "Ignite, Snake King, and Albeito, I summon you."
"Master," sage responded, his voice steady, "Albeito, the beast tamer, is not here. After we exited the dungeon, I sent him on a journey to retrieve something important. He was highly motivated. As for the others, they are shadows—souls that can dwell underground or in the shadows. You need not worry about carrying them; it would create too much noise."
With a flick of his wrist, Ignite and the Snake King materialized before him, their forms solidifying from the ethereal realm.
"You called, Master?" they asked in unison.
"Ignite,I am sorry, my friend. The way I concluded our battle was not chivalrous."
"Do not fret, Master," Ignite replied with a reassuring smile. "I enjoyed our battle to the fullest. I have no regrets, and now I am happy to serve you."
"Kwaaah!" the Snake King added, a sound of agreement echoing through the chamber.
"Ah, Snake King," he chuckled, "you are also happy? Hahaha! I think I shall name you Arbok; it will be easier to call you than using 'Snake King,' which seems rather lengthy."
"Kwaaahhhh!" Arbok responded joyfully, his new name resonating with him as he basked in the camaraderie of his master and companions.
In that moment, surrounded by his loyal shadows and newly acquired allies, he felt an unshakeable sense of purpose. Together, they would forge a path through the darkness, their destinies intertwined as they ventured forth into the unknown.
