The Knight and the Princess (Final Chapter)

Mo Ru spent half a year in the psychiatric hospital, appearing far more composed than when she was outside.

Upon seeing Chi Yu, she addressed her as "Miss Chi" with a polite and deferential tone, as though she had undergone a complete reformation, much like a criminal turning over a new leaf.

Chi Yu wondered if Mo Ru's newfound gentleness had anything to do with the towering, formidable nurse standing behind her. But she didn't care. She had only come to ask Mo Ru a few questions.

"Thanks to you, Qi Chao and I held another engagement banquet. These are some photos from that day—take a look."

Chi Yu handed over a stack of printed photographs.

Mo Ru took them and gently traced Qi Chao's face with her fingers, her eyes brimming with tenderness. "I remember when he was little, he wouldn't nap unless I coaxed him for at least half an hour. Back then, he was just a tiny thing, and in the blink of an eye, he's grown so much."
