Chapter 3

Tang Gao smiled slightly. Although he couldn't summon the Generals and soldiers inside of the reincarnation, he could summon them the moment he entered his God's World.

And in the future he can let them Reincarnate instead, taking full advantage of their terrifying practice technique and skills.

This is the biggest reason Lords let their subordinates descend. Because your reincarnated self possesses all of the skills and physiques your main body possesses! At most, depending on the age of reincarnation, you will have to practise the techniques.

But it would be easy to get back to where you were, and maybe even make progress.

''For now, try and complete the Imperial Court Mission.''

Tang Gao thought carefully. His first target was naturally Ian, the most suitable candidate for joining the Court. After all, even the system prompted him to have wise intelligence.

''As for the other candidates? Just bring them all in. At most they can serve as Grade 9 Officials in the Military, or as ordinary workers.''

Sadly the system requires them to either have cultivation talent, or specialities to receive rewards, but regardless it is better than nothing to have more followers at the start.

As for the grades? It was given by the Imperial Court System. The System divides the structure of the Empire into three sections. The Court, the Military and the Cultivators.

The Court, as the name suggests, are the couriers of the Emperor. Like the Treasurer, City Lords etc…

And is divided into Grades 9-1 then the Ministers and finally the National Teacher.

The Military is the soldiers, and fighters of the Empire. With the same Grades 9-1 and then the General and finally commander.

But Cultivators follow a slightly different segment. These are individual cultivators that can be moved around and typically much stronger. More suited for individual combat rather than fighting in a group.

These are divided into Deacons, Elders, Supreme Elders and finally Ancestors.

''The system claims that following this structure allows the Empire to have the greatest luck… tsk it's already thought of everything! In this way there is a clear path for promotion in the empire.''

Tang Gao thought carefully and nodded with satisfaction.

Grade 9 Officials are the low-end officials like captains of the law-enforcement, or the regulators in the City.

In the future when you get stronger, your reincarnations can bring back tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands or even millions of people! And God Wars will involve billions of people trading hands!

A strict structure needs to be put in place early on.

''Forget it for now. Let's go and complete the job.''

Tang Gao smiled faintly and walked out, where he met the other young thieves.

As for the job? It was a simple one they had done many times. In the end they robbed over 20 houses belonging to the middle-class and gained enough money to feed them for three months.

They do this regularly. Not often enough to draw the attention of the Law enforcement, but enough to feed them.

But this time Tang Gao had a bigger plan.

''Is this the publicised technique they have here?''

Tang Gao frowned faintly. In his hand he held a small brown book. The name 'Three Deep Changes' was hung on the front.

He looked at the 15 Young Thieves who were practising diligently, under Tang Gao's request.

''Three Deep Changes. At each step, undergo a transformation that transforms your body giving you incredible strength. It seems the first step is the low end of Apprentice Warriors, Second step is the peak and third step is breaking through to the Junior Warrior Level?''

''No wonder the level of Warriors in this world is so low. Such a basic technique isn't too useful. But it's the first technique I have found! It will have to do.''

Tang Gao looked at the 15 Young Thieves practising in front of him and sat cross-legged, as he began to absorb the Spiritual Energy in the surroundings.

As he practised the technique, he felt as if his body was slowly being filled. It started in his toes, slowly expanding up his feet.

And a year later, he felt the energy go up to shoulders, then to the tip of his head. He was one step away from breaking the first step of boundaries!

Now, he was still practising in the barn, but more than 30 young thieves were in front of him.

''Break through!''

Tang Gao shouted deeply, and a strong surge of spiritual energy filled his body. He became an Apprentice Warrior!

''Well done Brother Gao! We knew you could do it!''

''Haha Brother Gao is mighty!''

''Hush I'm going to be the next one to break through.''

Tang Gao's breakthrough aroused great happiness from the Young Thieves in front of him. And hurriedly began to practise. While Tang Gao showed a faint smile.

''Now that I have broken through, I can begin the next step.''

Tang Gao tapped his chin faintly. His body stood up, looking at the four figures at the front of the group, the four with the greatest chance of actually breaking through in the next ten years.

In fact, the only reason Tang Gao managed to break through was the left-over energy from the Divine Source used to enter the first reincarnation.

But now he can begin to recruit slightly more!

So Tang Gao began to go to orphanages and the slums in the town, finding the children without any parents and family and bringing them to the Barn outside!

Over the next three years, the barn expanded to a small village with a population of more than 300. However there were only 5 practitioners. Tang Gao, Ian, and three other youths he recruited at the beginning.

From this it can be seen how difficult it is to cultivate and why people value reincarnation opportunities so much.

''All four of them are Normal talents. But fortunately there are also 6 slightly more intelligent people found these years. It's estimated that by the end of 10 years I can find at least 20!''

Tang Gao counted his fingers slightly and finally nodded with a smile. And so he continued his slow development.

Unlike other Reincarnators who needed to create some drastic moves in order to find and subdue the more talented people, Tang Gao could take it slowly.

After all he only needs knowledgeable leaders, not extreme cultivators! Subduing mortals was always a far easier feat.

So the Village expanded slightly over the next 7 years, reaching 500 people in total.
