Cardinal: King's Line

Darius Masters is an English-born cripple with a complicated past and no lease on life beyond his hobby of Virtual Reality gaming. After making something of a living for himself and funding his recovery with the money he won from gaming tournaments and varying brand deals, Darius got a Second drafting. This would bring everything he hated about the world over to world of virtual reality gaming he had come to love as a 30 year old man. Despite his acceptance, he has sworn to use every bit of knowledge and experience he had to protect his legacy and the life he had built for himself through any means he could.
