"Don't leave me out," she said, butting in.
"You both should focus on winning the tournament. There's a generous reward waiting for the victors," I said, giving them a thumbs-up.
As we walked through the roads, we came across a luxurious-looking restaurant.
One thing that stood out to me about Baghdid was the noticeable absence of poor-looking people, unlike our Cobalt City. It made me realize that each city had a completely distinct economic status, much like the counties in my original world.
"Are we going in, or are you just going to stare at the restaurant? Or is the thought of the bill scaring you?" Lyra said, giving me a side-eye.
"Don't worry," Eirin added with a smirk. "You can borrow from us. We made a hefty amount during last night's dungeon parade."
Before I could respond, Lyra pushed me through the doors, and we entered the restaurant.
