Season 1 Chapter 16: "Belfast What's to Become Accel's Maid?"

(Location: Washington DC — Eagle Union Outer Base — Vale's Barracks)

(Time: Wednesday Early Morning in the 1st Week of March 1930)

Vale has been promoted twice due to his contribution to dealing with the Void Dominion System together with his partner Lizzy from the Sakura Empire for the discovery of one of the branches of the Void Dominion. Vale was promoted from Seaman (SN) to Petty Officer Third Class (PO3) to Petty Officer Second Class (PO2).

Right now he is sitting on the long table with Aircraft Carrier Enterprise, Aircraft Carrier Hornet II, Aircraft Carrier Yorktown, and Belfast standing beside me. We will have a light snack and then proceed to serious talks.

Vale: [Drinking Cold Choco] "Isn't it rude to listen to someone's conversation yesterday, Enterprise, Yorktown, and Hornet?"

Aircraft Carrier Enterprise: [Serious] "Really? If we didn't then you wouldn't be promoted and gain access to our library, isn't that right, Otherworlder Valerius Silverblade? Or Accel Winchester."

Accel: [Not Surprised] "Oh? Did Lizzy tell you?"

Aircraft Carrier Enterprise: "Yes, she did. It was an apology for sending spies from our fractions and she told some truths about you."

Accel: "I see... Will I be kicked out or be punished for lying to you guys?"

Aircraft Carrier Enterprise: "We decided not to punish you, because you are stronger than all of us here, despite our power is already influenced by mana and aura."

Accel: "Stronger than you? Why did you say so? That I am stronger than all of you here?"

Aircraft Carrier Yorktown II: [Reading the Documents] "Based on the talks and discussion with the Otherworlders who are familiar with and know the skill called "System Breaker", it allows the user to break the system especially those systems that are not good or bad ones, but those who possess that kind of skills must be a transcendent being... Are you human or not?"

Accel: "I am indeed a human, but when comes to my world, it's hard to explain. But they and ours are different, so yes... I am 100% human."

Aircraft Carrier Enterprise: [Sighing] "I think we will end things here. We change your naval military identity into your real one, not the fake one. Also, since we have confirmed your intention, we will not need someone to guard you. Belfast, thank you for doing your duties for these past days."

Light Cruiser Belfast: "It was my honor to be assigned to Sir Accel. But, I think I prefer staying with him. [Smiles]

Aircraft Carrier Enterprise: "What do you mean, Belfast? Are you asking to become his permanent guard?"

Light Cruiser Belfast: [Smiles] "Rather than a guard, I would become his maid..."

Everyone was shocked about Belfast's statement, rather than Accel being so shocked, Enterprise, Yorktown II, and Hornet II, had the most surprising face they had. For the first time, Belfast asked them to become someone's maid and that someone is also an Otherworlder.

Accel: [Little Unfazed] "You don't have to do that, Belfast. I am fine doing alone."

Light Cruiser Belfast: "I insist on becoming your maid, Sir Accel."

[System: You have gained the title: "First Shipgirl's Trust"! Congratulations Player Accel Winchester! You are the first Otherworlder throughout the World of Azur Lane to obtain such a feat!]

[Accel: Wait, since when did our system able to connect to this world?]

[System: You have no authorization to ask questions]

[Accel: What???]

Aircraft Carrier Hornet II: [Wondering] "Accel? Are you okay, you have been staring at the sky a bit much already?"

Accel: "I'm fine, something came out. Sorry. We'll... I don't mind Belfast becoming my maid since she insisted on it, but how about you guys and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth?"

Aircraft Carrier Enterprise: [Thinking] "Hmm... Me and the rest of the Executives will talk about that and since when did you know about Queen Elizabeth?"

Enterprise, Yorktown II, and Hornet II leave Accel's Barracks and head directly to the Main Base of Eagle Union about Belfast's Request and Vale's True Intention or I mean Accel's True Intention. Currently, Accel and Belfast are left alone in the barracks as Accel did something that Belfast accepts.

Belfast, standing near the long table, adjusted her uniform with a calm and graceful aura. Her purple/violet eyes met Accel's with a serene gaze, showing not a trace of hesitation.

Accel: "You know, Belfast. You don't need to become my maid. I'm perfectly fine on my own."

Light Cruiser Belfast: [Smiles] "I insist, Sir Accel. You also don't need to worry about Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, I already did ask permission to her to serve you..."

Accel: "Why are you going so far, just to serve me, Belfast? We have known each other for just a few or several days?"

Light Cruiser: "I do not know, but it feels something warm and being protected whenever I stand or stay at your side. The feeling is difficult to understand including myself."

Accel: [Thinking] "I see... Then, let me ask one final say... Do you still want to become my maid and guard, Belfast?"

Light Cruiser Belfast: [Little Bit Confused] "Rather than being your guard, I prefer being your mind, Sir Accel. And yes, I want to become your maid." [Bows]

Accel: [Scratching his Head] "Fine, if you want. I will accept it, but if I say that I want to do it myself you must comply, do you understand Belfast?"

Light Cruiser Belfast: [Thinking] "Maybe yes or maybe no." [Smiles]

Accel was confused about Belfast's answer. But, in the end, Belfast becomes Accel's maid with the permission of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and Accel gets confused about how she accepted Belfast becoming his maid and what is their intention...

Battleship Queen Elizabeth-Class Queen Elizabeth (Ruler (UK) and Leader of the Royal Navy): [Sitting at her Throne] "How is Belfast doing, Warspite?"

Battleship Queen Elizabeth-Class Warspite Retrofit (Ruler's Secretary and General of the Royal Guards): [Standing Beside Her] "She is doing fine, Your Majesty. Per her request to become the Otherworlder Maid, she is doing fine. Is it alright for her to be with him?"

Queen Elizabeth: [Smiles] "I trust, Belfast. She will do her job well..."

Warspite Retrofit: [Thinking] "Are you sure? She might break her tru..."

Queen Elizabeth: [Looks Serious] "Warspite, do not say anything about trust when comes to the Otherworlders, do you want that incident will happened again?"

Warspite Retrofit: "I apologize, Your Majesty..."
