Soon we reach the house , then after entering the house we see Celeste and Julia sitting on a sofa as if waiting for us .

Kairos : Why are you both sitting so silently ?

And then in embarassed tone he tells.

I tell a bit lie but the whole thing is not lie as I really did work hard in place of Mia .

Kairos then conclude that this chamber can produce a total of 500G but the material of the gravity chamber can't withstand , it can only withstand till 250G. So, I can only practice here till 200G as 250G is a breaking points , can't risk with so much money and hard work .

Although I have not practiced for 5 months. But my power has not decreased at all as a Saiyan even if they don't practice for few months their power will not decrease , but if they don't practice for year then their power will decrease but it becomes will be converted to potential.

Just like Master Roshi told with hard training momentary rest is also required . It's also the same case for Saiyan cell . If Saiyan cell always explode then their potential exponential decrease but if they rest then those chaotic power get store in the S cell and they one explode after some training then he will get more benefit then 10 year of continuous practice.
