The fifth season of "Extreme Challenge" underwent a major cast change, as Zhang Yixing, Huang Bo, and Sun Honglei had to leave early due to their schedules with other shows and movies.

They were replaced by Reba, Yue Yunpeng, and Lei Jiayin. Although the effect was good, it still could not match the original cast.

The show effect became bizarre—watching a group of 'fools' doing a show made the humor feel too one-dimensional.
