2100 students, 7 classes and buildings
Students go to one of these classes through their ranks
1-300 Players
301-600 Kings
601-900 Queens
901-1200 Rooks
1201-1500 Bishops
1501-1800 Knights
1801-2100 Pawns
The reason for the school's system being like this is they place more importance on intelligence rather than strength which can be understood from the fact that 70% of a cadets grade comes from written tests while the remaining 30% comes from physical test also the entrance exam is a written exam while the ranking exam is a physical one which also shows that 'Bless' puts more importance on intelligence rather than abilities.
The entrance exam is done 3 months before the start of a new year and the results are shown 2 months before the start of a new year while the ranking exam is done the day school starts.
The whole of 'Bless' is about 2 different buildings for each class one dorm(includes dorms,a training hall,a cafeteria etc.) and one school building where most lessons are(14 in total) A nursery(bigger than most hospitals) a meeting place where they announce important stuff, a mall that can sustain the whole school and other facilities that will be later shown in the novel.
But wait it's still not over :D
I made a point system too.
Class Points(CP)
Uh oh that abbreviation is not good.(I am just joking I do not have any intent to support or be involved with children)
Anyways, Class Points Represents the overall performance of the class and how much it will be given is decided by the Teacher Council.
It impacts how much IP(Individual Points) is given.
While Individual Rankings wont change(except for the monthly tests) Classes with more CP can climb up the class ranks for example if Class Kings gets 850 CP at the start and Class Queens gets 750 CP but a month later Class Kings gets 760 CP and Class Queens gets 800 CP their names change and the original Class Queens become Class Kings.
There are various benefits to being an Upper Class one example being anybody within Class Queens or higher can apply to be a instructor on Bless after graduation and the higher class you are the more important you are in the school's eyes.
Individual Points(IP)
It is a personal currency that can be used for purchases, privileges, and status improvement.
It depends on the class's total CP (e.g., if a class has 1,200 CP, each student gets 120,000 IP).
Bonus IP can be earned through individual achievements, such as top scores, volunteering, or extracurricular contributions.
It can be used to make purchases like Food, supplies, or additional training resources.
It can also be used to some special priviliges such as reserving special training facilities, access to mentors, or extra exam attempts.
Also in the case of expulsion of a classmate the class will receive a -50 CP deduction if its the classmate's choice and if it was decided by the school the class will receive a -100 CP deduction but there is a way to prevent the school from expelling a classmate,if the other classmates decide to give up all of their IP they can protect their friend of expulsion while still losing -100 CP(It only works if all of the class has %60 or more of the original monthly IP allowance)
The Teacher Council members are as follows
The Principal
The Head Administrator
The Disciplinary Board
The Exam Committee
The Class Supervisors
I'll give a brief explanation about them
The Principal
The central figure that is first in command and handles the external affairs of the school.
The Head Administrator
The Head of the Teacher Council and second in command that handles major events.
The Disciplinary Board
Not a person but consist of several experienced judges that are specialised to read the surface thoughts of students.
The Exam Committee
They consist of several people that just exist to make students suffer.(They make the monthly exams and they evaluate if there was any cheating or misconduct within the test.)
The Class Supervisors
Each class has a main Class Supervisor that is within the council and several side Class Supervisors which are not in the couincil teach them.
The council occasionally collects anonymous student feedback to adjust policies if its needed.
The Council may also summon students to do hearings if they are involved in some drama.
If you have anything else you would like to ask please do.
I may add stuff here in the future so beware.
