"What do you think? Should I choose these two?" Rache asked. The man before her smiled gently and shook his head.
"Oh? Are those flowers not appropriate? Would they not look nice together in an arrangement?" She asked.
"Ah, forgive me for being presumptuous, your highness, but I thought your tastes leaned more towards softer, gentler colors than these. Something to match your elegant looks?"
The flowers she held in her hand were reds and oranges, not a single soft or light colored petal between them, a decision she made due to thinking the brighter colors might suit Fiadh more.
She wasn't really familiar with the whole festival of flowers, despite what she'd read in Sideran history books. She just knew enough to glean it wasn't necessarily a romantic thing, and so she could get away with buying flowers for people other than Donncahd.
