The air grew denser around Elion. Before the beasts could come any closer to him, he channeled all his lightning energy into his legs and teleported to a spatial node a hundred meters away.

Creating spatial nodes made his teleportation faster. Against enemies much stronger than him, it was essential, or he wouldn't even have time to react before being killed.

His legs, filled with lightning energy, propelled him forward right after finishing teleporting. The beasts chasing after him noticed his sudden disappearance and roared in fury, but their acute smell and mana senses allowed them to localize Elion right after he finished teleporting.

They chased after him madly, as if it wasn't a statue that was attacked, but their mother. Fenrir used the moment the beasts left the temple and ran inside.
