Chapter 116: Sky Island - Enel, the Thunder God, Joins the Crew

Enel stared at Takumi in shock, beads of cold sweat rolling down his forehead.

The Blue Sea?

Was this guy serious?

"What do you think you're doing?" Enel's expression darkened. "I am the Thunder God! How could I possibly become someone else's subordinate so easily?"

"Oh," Takumi replied nonchalantly. "Seems like you've already made your choice."

As he spoke, Takumi raised his sword, Toyako.

Fear flickered in Enel's eyes, and he quickly exclaimed, "Alright, alright! I'll go with you to the Blue Sea!"

[Ding! You've successfully recruited Enel, the Thunder God. Sign-in progress +20%]

[Ding! Sky Island sign-in task completed. Congratulations, host, for acquiring Master-Level Raikiri and a tenfold expansion to your system storage. Current system storage capacity: 1000x1000x1000 cubic meters.]

Takumi's eyes glinted.

That's it?

It's over?

He found it hard to believe. He had expected the final task to involve resolving the centuries-old war between the Shandians and the Sky Islanders.

But this worked out fine as well.

Resolving the conflict between two races would be such a hassle. Better to leave that to Luffy when he arrives here six years from now.

With the Sky Island task complete, it was time to head back to the Blue Sea.

Takumi's mood lightened.

The rewards he had just received were impressive. Master-Level Raikiri was far more powerful than the entry-level version. If even the entry-level Raikiri could go toe-to-toe with Enel's ultimate attack, Raigo, how much stronger would the master-level version be?

And the system space—1000x1000x1000 cubic meters. If he filled it with liquor, it could last him a good ten years...

Without wasting any more time, Takumi jumped onto Enel's remodeled ship.

"Let's go," Takumi said casually.

Enel hesitated for a moment, his face turning grim. "You mean… we're heading to the Blue Sea now?"

"First, we're going to Angel Island."

Enel wanted to protest, but after a moment of consideration, he swallowed his words. Right now, he didn't have the strength to oppose Takumi. Given that, he decided it was better to play along for now. Once they reached the Blue Sea, he would consider escaping.

With this thought in mind, Enel stood up, his expression improving slightly. "Angel Island, huh? That's the cloud island next to Upper Yard, right?"

Takumi gave a slight nod.

In an instant, Enel transformed into a bolt of lightning and reappeared at Takumi's side, twirling his golden staff. A surge of electricity flowed into the ship, causing the propellers on both sides and at the stern to begin rotating. The entire vessel rose into the sky.

As the ship flew over the area where the unconscious Sky Islanders and Shandians lay scattered, Enel smirked and asked, "Aren't you going to do something about them?"

"As long as they're alive, it's fine," Takumi replied indifferently.

Enel chuckled. "Heh, I thought you were on their side."

"You save them but don't want to play the hero all the way through. You're a strange one."

Takumi ignored him.

As the ship passed by Enel's three unconscious subordinates, Enel asked again, "Shall I bring my men along?"

"No need," Takumi immediately refused.

Bringing Enel along was enough. He valued Enel for his ability to generate electricity. With him on board, there wouldn't be a need to constantly swap ships. Enel could power the ship, making it run even on land, saving a lot of time and money.

Enel had no idea what Takumi was planning, but as long as they were on this ship, Takumi was the boss. Enel had no choice but to follow his orders.

Helplessly, he continued to guide the ship toward Angel Island.

Meanwhile, Conis stood by the cloud beach, her gaze fixed on the direction of Upper Yard.

When she spotted the strange flying ship approaching, a look of surprise flashed in her eyes.

Upon recognizing the familiar figure standing on the deck, Conis waved enthusiastically. "Takumi, over here~"

"Heh, so this is all for a woman," Enel sneered.

Takumi didn't acknowledge his comment. As the ship landed on the cloud beach, Conis ran up excitedly and exclaimed, "Takumi, you've come to Angel Island earlier than usual this time! This ship is so cool. Is that tall guy your friend?"

The "tall guy" she was referring to was Enel.

Takumi remained on the ship and didn't answer her question. Instead, he simply said, "I'm leaving."

"Huh?" Conis's smile slowly faded. "You're… leaving? Where to? Back to the Blue Sea?"

Takumi gave her a slight nod.

After all, over the past few years, Conis had taken good care of him. Saying goodbye was the least he could do.

"So suddenly?" Conis's heart sank, and her voice trembled. "I wasn't prepared for this..."

"I was never a Sky Islander to begin with," Takumi said calmly. "I'm a traveler. Staying in one place forever was never an option. Leaving was always inevitable."

Conis lowered her gaze, her voice choking up. "But… I still have so many songs I haven't played for you yet…"

"Conis," Takumi said softly, calling her by her name for the first time since he arrived on Sky Island. "Tell the residents of Lovely Street I appreciate their kindness during my stay."

Conis looked up at Takumi, tears shimmering in her eyes. "Takumi… if you have to leave, then… then… can't you take me with you?"

Takumi: "..."

Takumi had absolutely no interest in Conis's request.

He hadn't come to the world of One Piece to pick up girls. Besides, Conis wasn't even his type.

"No," Takumi rejected her directly.

Conis bit her lip, forcing a smile as she asked, "Then… will you come back to Angel Island someday?"

"Maybe," Takumi replied, turning his head to look at Enel.

Enel smiled knowingly and powered up the propellers, making the ship rise once more.

Takumi stood at the bow, watching Conis wave goodbye from the cloud beach. After a moment of thought, he raised his hand and waved back. "Goodbye."

Clenching her fists, Conis finally raised her hands and waved them both in the air, shouting, "Goodbye, Takumi! We will meet again someday!"

It wasn't until the ship vanished from sight that Conis collapsed to the ground, covering her face with her hands and sobbing.

As the ship descended through the vertical sea of clouds, slowly approaching the Blue Sea, Enel finally spoke up. "You had a woman practically throwing herself at you, and you didn't even take her. Even if you didn't like her, couldn't you have kept her on board as a servant?"

Takumi shot Enel an annoyed glance.

Enel immediately got the message and fell silent.

The ship finally touched down on the vast blue ocean.

Standing by the railing, Enel gazed out at the endless waves, awestruck. "So, this is the Blue Sea? How vast and magnificent!"

Having never set foot in the Blue Sea before, Enel was like a country bumpkin visiting a grand palace for the first time.

Takumi paid no attention to Enel. Instead, he opened his status panel:
