Fwoosh—behind the door, I saw nothing but amazement. The walls were covered with nature, giving them an interesting texture.
I looked around in a hurry, as I had wanted to see Dragon Valley for a long time. It was a vast space, shaped like a crack in the ground. On the walls were little platforms leading to caves where the dragons resided.
The road stretched so far from the door that I couldn't see the details of its end without focusing, and the light from the sun had a hard time reaching the valley floor. These were the evidence of how big Dragon Valley was.
After scanning my surroundings, I began to walk slowly ahead. The path was so old that the statues along it were covered with nothing but moss.
Although Dragon Valley was supposed to be the home of dragons, it had been a long time since dragons had left this place and scattered around the world, so there was no one living in the houses on the walls.
