Sylia's eyes softened as she watched me holding my new guild card. Her voice was warm as she asked, "Do you have somewhere to sleep tonight, Alyndra?"

The question caught me off guard. It hadn't even crossed my mind. The weight of the day's events suddenly pressed down on me, and I realized just how tired I was.

The adrenaline that had been coursing through my veins since I entered Lunaria had started to fade, leaving behind an aching exhaustion. I had been so focused on joining the guild, I hadn't thought about where I'd stay or even if I could afford it.

I shook my head. "No, I don't. I didn't really plan that far ahead."

Sylia smiled kindly. "That's not uncommon for new members. Don't worry, the guild offers housing for newcomers. It's basic, but it's a roof over your head. The cost is only ten gold coins, which you can easily earn back once you start taking missions."

Relief washed over me. "That sounds perfect. Thank you."
