We need to move

Thalindra's grip on my arm was ironclad as we sprinted toward the faint light at the end of the tunnel.

The monstrous roars behind us grew louder, echoing off the stone walls with a fury that shook the ground beneath our feet.

My heart raced, my breath coming in ragged gasps as I struggled to keep up with her relentless pace.

"Faster, Alyndra!" she barked, glancing over her shoulder. Her eyes burned with determination, but I could see the strain etched into her features.

She was running on fumes, her powerful magic having taken its toll.

"I'm trying!" I wheezed, my legs screaming in protest. My boots slipped on the uneven ground, and I stumbled, only for Thalindra to yank me upright without breaking stride.

The creature let out another bone-rattling roar, and I dared a quick glance back. It was gaining on us, its massive form barreling through the tunnel with terrifying speed.
