Amber arrived at her father's party in a colorful red gown and the heads that turn her way as she pass, put a smile on her face.

The press were already there and Amber felt like she was a movie star as they took pictures of her. It was as if they already knew she was the star of tonight event.

"Amber, you look beautiful." Sloane said as soon as she sighted her daughter.

"Mom." Amber called out and looked around, "I feel so nervous, what if the board of directors doesn't like me?"

"That is why you have to prove yourself, and I will be here to ensure they love you."

Sloane words comforted Amber and brought a smile to her face.

"Go, greet your father and let him introduce you to his business associates." Sloane said and watch as Amber walked up to Henry with a smile.

"Dad." Amber called out as she approached her father who was talking to two other men.
