Bearing the Burden of Shamelessness

"Why isn't there any flesh or odor in the Demon's head? What is this, and what's written here?"

Once inside the cockpit of the mecha, Su Xiaoxiao was like a country bumpkin entering a grand manor, marveling at everything. Eventually, she was completely captivated by the large, glowing screen displaying the message: "Remaining emergency power 9...". Although she couldn't read the text, she could tell it was some form of writing.

Jiang Chen explained, "This Demon is an extraterrestrial being, very different from anything we're familiar with. You shouldn't use ordinary thinking to understand it."

Su Xiaoxiao looked confused and anxious, clearly unable to shake her curiosity. She couldn't imagine a creature's head looking like this.

Noticing her concern, Jiang Chen urged, "The ritual is about to begin. If you have any questions, you can ask them yourself."

Still skeptical, Su Xiaoxiao asked, "Will the Demon really manifest? What should I do?"

Jiang Chen pointed to the door behind the cockpit and said seriously, "Go inside there. I'll perform the ritual here, and you'll be able to hear the Demon's voice from within. Try it if you don't believe me."

Su Xiaoxiao was even more doubtful, her face showing apprehension. But she soon steeled herself and walked in bravely.

Jiang Chen couldn't help but chuckle behind her. The room was actually a rest area for long-distance space travel, and the entire interior of the mecha was equipped with surveillance cameras, which Jiang Chen could clearly monitor from the cockpit. The systems were still operational, even if not very sophisticated.

As Su Xiaoxiao opened the door, the room was initially dark. However, as Jiang Chen activated the control system, the cockpit lights turned on. Su Xiaoxiao immediately saw she was in a large space and was stunned. The realization that she was inside a gigantic head was like a dream to her.

At that moment, a deep, resonant rumble echoed through the space, "Are you searching for me?"

Su Xiaoxiao's face turned serious, and she hurriedly knelt and said, "Disciple Su Xiaoxiao of the Yushan Sword Sect greets the senior."

The voice came from a large speaker and a high-definition camera, with similar equipment scattered throughout the room.

"Su Xiaoxiao..." the deep voice said with a hint of amusement, "What do you want?"

Su Xiaoxiao, still innocent and inexperienced, was convinced by the divine voice coming from within the Demon's head. She replied, "I am tasked by my master to investigate your fall to the mortal realm and wish to know everything about you."

The voice coldly replied, "Everything? Such grand claims. Discovering the secrets of this Demon requires a price."

Su Xiaoxiao's heart sank. She hesitated and asked, "What is the price?"

Outside the rest area, Jiang Chen was lounging in the cockpit, his eyes greedily taking in Su Xiaoxiao's alluring figure through the screen. The so-called Demon's voice was actually Jiang Chen's deepened tones transmitted through a microphone.

Jiang Chen smirked and continued in a mockingly grandiose tone, "You're young but have an excellent figure. Show me a dance for this Demon."

Su Xiaoxiao was startled. She never expected such a request from the Demon.

"The Demon" said, "A dance will earn you answers to two of your questions. It's a fair trade."

Su Xiaoxiao hesitated for a while, then reluctantly agreed, "As you wish."

She stood up gracefully, a bit shy, but began to lift one delicate hand while the other gently moved downward. Her slender waist and long, beautiful legs swayed with her movements...

Her dance was light and graceful, each step and posture showcasing her perfect curves and elegance. Despite being separated by a screen, the beauty of her dance was still apparent.

Jiang Chen, behind the screen, was mesmerized. The screen's obscured view made everything more enticing. Jiang Chen's eyes were glued to the screen, his excitement building, "This is amazing, it feels like a first love! But why doesn't this thing have recording capabilities? Why? Why?"

Frustrated, Jiang Chen decided he had to take responsibility for his shamelessness. "As a man, I must be accountable for my actions. I'll make her my own. She'll dance for me every day in bed, hahaha!"

Determined, Jiang Chen ordered, "Little fairy, remove your clothes. Your dance will be even more beautiful."

Su Xiaoxiao stopped abruptly, her face reddening at the suggestion.

Jiang Chen cleared his throat and continued, "The Demon has fallen. My remaining soul will soon dissipate. No one is here; you can think of it as dancing alone in the air."

"But..."

Jiang Chen said, "If you behave obediently, I might answer one more of your questions."

Su Xiaoxiao bit her lip and finally removed the elegant Taoist robe she was wearing.

Her arms were now exposed.

A woman with a stunning figure usually has beautiful arms, but Jiang Chen was still surprised by how alluring Su Xiaoxiao's arms were: delicate and sculpted, they were irresistibly tempting.

Outside, the village shaman was already trembling with excitement, holding up his divine staff. He alternated between singing sacred songs and bowing repeatedly.

"Miracle! The miracle has manifested!"

"Great Demon above, please accept the humble worship of this shaman. Long life to the Great Demon."

"Great Demon, the supreme Great Demon…"

When Jiang Chen powered up the cockpit, the mecha's giant eyes lit up again. In the darkness, these eyes illuminated the surroundings for miles, an awe-inspiring sight in the ancient cultivation world. The village shaman, who had spent his life worshiping deities, was overwhelmed with shock and excitement, believing that the Great Demon had returned to life.

Yet, the devout shaman would never imagine that inside the "Great Demon" he was worshipping, Jiang Chen was up to something entirely different.

"Hahaha, little beauty, don't you like asking questions? Curious, aren't you? The more curious you are, the better. I just hope you don't run out of clothes to remove," Jiang Chen said, his eyes completely captivated by Su Xiaoxiao's figure. His face twisted with excitement.

Jiang Chen pressed his advantage and commanded, "Remove another piece of clothing, and I'll answer five of your questions."

Su Xiaoxiao continued her graceful dance, her movements as elegant as a celestial maiden. However, upon hearing this command, she suddenly stopped, her face reddening deeply.

While dancing for a superior and even removing outer garments was somewhat acceptable, removing too much was a different matter. Su Xiaoxiao, well-educated and refined from a young age, found the Great Demon's demands hard to accept.

Jiang Chen, with a nosebleed from excitement, raised the stakes, "Five pieces! Remove a piece of clothing, and I'll answer five questions!"

"Senior, please forgive me. I can only dance to this extent," Su Xiaoxiao said stubbornly, even ready to face the wrath of the Great Demon. She felt that any anger from such a powerful being would be beyond her capacity to endure.

Jiang Chen, taken aback by her stubbornness, realized he would need to train her gradually.

Su Xiaoxiao then said, with unwavering resolve, "Please, fulfill your promise."

Jiang Chen was a bit disappointed but, for the sake of future opportunities, said, "What do you want to know?"

Su Xiaoxiao pondered for a moment and asked, "May I inquire about your true identity?"

Jiang Chen, feigning mystery, replied, "Listen carefully. I am the Planetary-Class Mecha Tiger Blade. Of course, you may call me the Great Demon if you wish."

Su Xiaoxiao asked, "Are you a cultivator or a demon practitioner?"

In the ancient cultivation world, being a cultivator or demon practitioner was significant. If he was a cultivator, there might be a chance to befriend him, but if he was a demon practitioner, he would be an enemy.

Jiang Chen answered, "I am neither a cultivator nor a demon practitioner. My power is of a different system, known as technology."

Su Xiaoxiao's expression changed in shock. Technology was a force she had never heard of, and she had never heard of any legends related to the Great Demon. She quickly probed, "May I ask if your homeland is in the cultivation realm or another world?"

Jiang Chen replied, "I come from beyond the realms."

Su Xiaoxiao gasped. Her sect, the Yushan Sword Sect, had suspected that the Great Demon might come from beyond when the remains were discovered. Now it turned out to be true.

The saying "those who come are not kind, and those who are kind do not come" rang true. A powerful being from another world was full of uncertainties and threats to this world, which was not a good thing.

Realizing this, Su Xiaoxiao quickly asked, "May I know what your purpose in our cultivation realm is?"

Jiang Chen, with a mischievous smile, continued in the cold tone of the Great Demon, "You've already asked three questions. This is the fourth one."

"Not good!" Su Xiaoxiao stamped her foot, realizing too late that she had asked too many questions. The remaining questions were even more critical.

Su Xiaoxiao earnestly said, "I am tasked by my master to investigate your fall. Please, grant me another opportunity."

Jiang Chen smirked and responded, "Opportunities must be seized. I've given you a chance."

Su Xiaoxiao bowed her head in silence.

Seeing this, Jiang Chen relented, "There are many ways to conduct a ritual. You can exchange something else for another question."

Su Xiaoxiao quickly looked up and asked, "Senior, please tell me how."
