As soon as I received the call from Roy about Zara's long-awaited discovery, a wave of concern washed over me. I hurried to my car, feeling an intertwining mix of worry and confusion. It hurt to realize they had kept this from me all this time, probably to protect her as she healed, but I couldn't shake the feeling that Zen might have played a role in it.

The hospital's imposing façade loomed before me as I raced to my destination, eager to be by my sister's side. My heart was a whirlwind as I entered the gleaming building and approached the receptionist's desk, a knot of anxiety tightening in my chest.

"Excuse me, I'm here to see Zara Lane. She was admitted here a few weeks ago," I said, my voice trembling slightly as I met the eyes of the two receptionists.

"What is your relationship with the patient?" one of them asked, her focus still on her screen.
