CHAPTER 25

Tate's words sounded like a joke to everyone's ears and it made him looked like an ignorant kid. 

The state tournament wasn't a child play like this, and it wasn't a place for a local martial artist that had not been able to amount to anything for the past three years.

If this was coming out from Chris, they would assumed he must've had his reasons and way of thinking so, even though they knew he would fail at the end, but for Tate, it was simply nonsense.

They believe Tate would fail at the first round of the tournament, let alone reach the quarter finals and the finals. It was simply impossible!

Tate was probably daydreaming, they all thought, however, Tate said nothing but the truth about what he would be accomplishing soon.

"I hope you don't blow the opportunity away, because it would be your last!"

Sir Connor sounded in a considerate tone, all because the officials were standing with him.
