"I'm back!"
Weiss gazed at the blazing sun outside, feeling dreamlike.
His first jaunt to the Fairy Tail world lasted a dozen days.
He'd joined the guild, bonded with friends, and met Erza Scarlet—the Fairy Queen.
Plus, his strength spiked.
Full throttle now, he'd trounce a Fourth-Tier foe no sweat.
"Afternoon already?"
Stepping out, Weiss muttered, eyeing the high sun.
He'd left at eight or nine for Fairy Tail, stayed over ten days—half a day passed here.
"Is Fairy Tail's time paused?"
A casual wave summoned a silver portal—its scene froze at his exit moment.
"Interesting. Pirate World time rolls on, but Fairy Tail halts when I'm back!"
A glint sparked in Weiss's dark eyes—relief hit.
He could grind strength in the Pirate World without losing Fairy Tail ground!
"Ugh! Weiss, where'd you vanish to this morning?!"
A crisp voice cut in.
Nojiko approached, orange basket in hand, spotting Weiss emerge.
She'd swung by to rouse him for picking—found an empty room.
All day, no sign—Nami fumed.
Orange season peaked—prime selling time—and Weiss was AWOL!
"Hey, Nojiko—sorry. Hit the island's mountains for morning training."
Seeing her mild complaint, no real heat, Weiss apologized sheepishly.
"Oh?"
Nojiko blinked, then studied him.
Up close, Weiss radiated power—an odd pressure.
Training, not slacking—her face bloomed with a cheery grin.
"Next time, give us a heads-up. I had to calm Nami—she was ready to boot you, haha!"
"Got it!" Weiss paused, then smiled, nodding.
He trailed Nojiko to the orchard.
Nami, hard at work, spotted him—cheeks puffed, voice sharp.
"Weiss! Where'd you run off to? I briefed you on this yesterday—don't wander! It's dangerous!"
"Easy, Nami—Weiss was training in the mountains."
"We didn't tell him last night about picking season."
Nojiko stepped up, grabbing Nami's hand, smoothing things for Weiss.
"Really? Better not be gallivanting. Fishmen catch you—you're toast."
Nami's tone softened, worry peeking through.
She knew their brutality—new pal Weiss at risk gnawed at her.
"No worries—I'm plenty strong."
Sensing her concern beneath the scold, Weiss grinned.
Then—a flash of a guy claiming cosmic supremacy popped in.
He shook it off—ridiculous.
No Gundam mech here!
The trio teamed up, soon filling dozens of baskets.
Weiss hauled most—Nami and Nojiko had already clocked hours.
The sisters sorted quality and stacked—Weiss unleashed his fruit's [Wind Summoning]!
A crisp breeze plucked ripe oranges, stunning them.
"Your superpower?"
Nami gawked, shocked.
In the East Blue—"weakest" sea—civilians rarely knew Devil Fruits.
Even Nami, seasoned thief, only caught whispers of demon-fruit rumors.
"Devil Fruit power."
Weiss seized the chance, schooling the puzzled sisters on this world's quirks.
A few minutes later, they got it.
"But if Devil Fruit users fear the sea, how'd you swim hours to shore?"
Nami pressed, curious.
Weiss chuckled. "My fruit's a godsend—no side effects!"
The Infinite Treasure Chest System—godlike, no, beyond gods.
No lie there.
"Hey~ Nami, heard a lowly outsider's crashing at your place! Tsk~"
A grating voice slithered from the orchard's edge.
Blue-gray fishmen swaggered in.
One grabbed an orange, bit, and punted it away!
