He didn't try to use it since he only has one but he's planning to when he at least have two of it.

Then he would attempt to use the ability from the golden dragon, it was surprisingly easy all he has to do is control his golden dragon to absorb his qi and turn it into golden qi which latter will be circulating all over his internal body, but he took few minute to do all this so he practices it to the point he can use it anytime he wants with a thought, he calls this dragonification.
