When they arrived at the designated meeting spot—a quiet garden at the back of the school—Ms. Langford was already there, looking anxious. "I have something important to share," she said, glancing around nervously. "I've been approached by someone who claims to have insider knowledge about Finch's plans."

Hanna's heart raced. "Who approached you?"

Ms. Langford hesitated before continuing. "It was Mr. Harris. He seemed very worried and told me that he had been pressured to help Finch with some of his operations. He mentioned a secret meeting that was supposed to take place tonight."

Riyoko frowned. "A secret meeting? Do you have any details about where or when it's happening?"

Ms. Langford nodded. "He said it would be held in the old science lab, which has been out of use for years. The meeting is scheduled for 7 PM. I think it's crucial that we attend and see what's going on."

Determined to find out more, Hanna and Riyoko decided to investigate the old science lab that evening. As the sun set, they made their way to the abandoned building, their steps echoing in the empty hallways. The lab had been long unused, its equipment covered in dust and cobwebs.

They approached the door cautiously, listening for any signs of activity inside. To their surprise, the door was slightly ajar. Hanna and Riyoko exchanged glances, knowing they had to be careful.

Principal Finch emerged from the shadows, his demeanor authoritative and commanding. "Thank you all for coming," he said. "Our plans are moving forward, and we need to ensure that everyone is in line with our objectives."

Hanna's heart sank. It appeared that Ms. Langford might be more deeply involved than they had hoped. Finch's icy gaze settled on her. "You're just in time. We have important matters to address."
