Han Liu su & Li Lingshu

The Black Water Territory

The woman who is just beyond this layer, had been trying to sense what's going on inside here for a while now. Li Lingshu, a woman who is confined here for millions of God Eras. Through her divine perception, she could observe every corner of the Black Water Territory within the abyssal lands ~ every shadow, every whisper, every secret. All except this singular place where I now stood. She is like a ruling faith creature here.

My memories of original story revealed her tragic back story. When the Li Min race faced annihilation, she too had perished alongside her people. But death had not claimed her permanently. The collective resentment of the Li Min race had birthed them anew as ominous creatures in the depths of the Demon Abyss Territory. Her kinsmen, driven by love and desperation, had sacrificed themselves to forge the Black Water Territory within that cursed realm, channeling their faith into her being until she became its undisputed master.

Within those dark waters, she had nurtured the fiends, guiding their cultivation with wisdom. Her influence had transformed them from mere demons into formidable beings capable of standing against saints themselves. The forbidden realm had flourished under her guidance, becoming a bastion of power that even the Saints regarded with wariness.

All in an effort to one day restore her hope of nine Li race.

The original future timeline painted a different picture entirely. In that doomed narrative, she would have allied herself with the Saints clones, Luo Zheng and Yijian, following the Saint hall alliance and wealthy clans through the passage beneath the Ice Palace. Their quest for the two treasures of beliefs would have ended in catastrophic failure, with her reduced to a helpless slave at Han Quindi's side ~ forced to serve the very architects of her people's destruction.

As she conducted her surveillance from outside, reality rippled. A portal manifested before her, its edges crackling with spatial energy. Teleportation within the abyssal lands was forbidden by ancient laws, yet with authority over the God Domain, such restrictions became mere suggestions. She hesitated, her instincts warring with curiosity, before stepping through the dimensional gateway.

She entered my side, and I felt her presence readying for a battle.

"Cease your attempts at replication" I stated without preamble. "Such efforts are futile. I have no need for twin demons. You can have it"

Her voice carried coldness when she responded. " Stop Joking, you weren't able to refine her, and you are acting all high and mighty?"

"Its effectiveness remains confined within the God Domain." I allowed my perception to shift, revealing subtle hints of my aura together with my bloodline resonance.

"Who are you?" The demand held both authority and genuine curiosity.

" Home lander.....nah just kidding name is Tao"

She sensed my aura and realization struck her like lightning. "Tao or home, your bloodline aura... it resonates with mine. You definitely carry the Li Min race origin within you..." Her tone softened considerably, though suspicion remained. "Yet this fails to explain your sudden appearance here or loosing my sight here. I cannot recreate your form, and within these lands, I am sovereign. The power to replicate any being flows through me, yet you remain beyond my reach."

" ... " I offered no immediate response, allowing the silence to stretch between.

"I believed I could escape this cursed realm," she continued, her voice carrying the weight of desperate hope. "I thought that by killing all God domain citizens from for the nine Li race, I could finally claim my revenge. These seals binding the two girls refuse to yield to my efforts alone. With your power it is impossible. I remain uncertain whether the twin demons possess sufficient power to grant me dominion over the abyss demon territory."

"Upon whom do you wish to exact this revenge?"

Her laugh held no humor. "Forget such thoughts. Your aura reveals only great perfection true god cultivation. You do have some tricks up your sleeves but lack the strength to pierce through those other shore powerhouses with their myriad techniques, let alone challenge the saints themselves. As the last of the nine Li bearing traces of our shared bloodline, perhaps you and I carry the responsibility to continue our lineage...unless I could return"

The directness of her suggestion sparked unexpected thoughts within me. How long had it been since I had experienced such desires? The extended entrapment within a female form had left certain aspects of existence unexplored.

Rather than voice her request for departure, she willed another throne into existence using her ice powers, the crystalline structure forming with elegant precision. "Tell me truly, who are you?"

"The individuals you mentioned ~ are they the Xuanyuan Guards? If so, they have all perished."

The words struck her like physical blows. "How could this be?"

"Furthermore, I am not the last of the Nine Li race within the God Domain."

Knowing her skepticism would demand proof, I continued. "Allow me to demonstrate." I tossed the last few heads of those guards from storage ring.

The illusionary divine dao responded to my will, creating vivid projections of the Xuanyuan Guards' death, the mystical slate bearing new rules, Li Luoshoyi's image, the reincarnation soul tool, and scenes of her family alongside other revelations.

" You.....tell me you are making up an elaborate lie, what's the use of illusions. I don't believe it." She was little emotional.

" Well, its not like I get something by sucking up to you. When you eventually realize it you will understand."

The emotional torrent that shortly followed after figuring out I don't have a need to lie to her, was both expected and heartbreaking. She wept for her sister, for her lost family, for the countless years of suffering that had shaped her existence. When composure finally returned, I posed the crucial question.

"Do you still hunger for revenge?"

Her response carried the weight of eons. "The people of the God Domain possess no right to claim dominion over these lands."

"Luoshoyi could orchestrate the rebirth of the nine Li race eventually after I return the artefact. Others possess the ability to transfer bloodlines as well. Why choose the path of endless slaughter?"

Silence stretched between us once more.

"Your earlier words ~ do you still stand by them?"

"Which words do you refer?" She looked at me in confusion.

"The necessity of continuing our lineage."

The blush that colored her ethereal features spoke volumes. I don't know whether me being the bearer of many good news, or unique as her power not working on me, or being handsome, or her, a woman stuck in a fear condensing land with nothing but demons and a man who practiced emotion severing Dao all year around, stuck for billions of years fixated on revenge did the spell. It seems other party was in great needs too. I personally believe it is my handsomeness. Well don't worry I relieved that poor soul with my best effort.

She came to me, asked me to open the portal to her personal space, and things progressed magically. The attraction between us ignited with surprising intensity, fueled by shared heritage and mutual understanding. For a tumultuous week, possibly two, passion reigned supreme. When clarity returned, she told me it was on impulse, and don't think much further.

Typical woman.

I ventured myself within the ice coffin's depths beyond the spatially refracted statue, where an ancient ring rested ~ the key to controlling the entire Black Abyss Territory. Claiming it required little effort.

Upon my return, she appeared transformed, adorned in new attire that accentuated her otherworldly beauty. The disparity in our ages struck me with sudden clarity ~ I possessed fewer than one hundred years while she had endured over one hundred billion, yet she maintained the appearance of eternal youth.

"I discovered something significant, it may be what you want." I approached with purpose. "Present your hands."

The ring slid onto her finger with perfect precision. The transformation was immediate and profound. Her authority expanded to encompass the entire abyssal lands, accompanied by the fearsome power of silence itself. In that moment, she transcended even sainthood, becoming perhaps one of the strongest beings in God Domain.

"This grants you the ability to visit your sister beyond these boundaries," I explained. "You might even attempt to refine the twin demons. Condense a permanent God body and claim it, ensuring that even should the ring be lost, you will never again fall under another's control."

She couldn't help exclaim how the thing she has been trying for years just came to her so easily." You...do you know what this means...", She gave a tight hug, " Hmm, well I know you probably won't stuck around me for long, consider this as a token to remember." I replied.

" .... I never said such."

" ... "

She wasted no time in reshaping the entire abyss demon realm. Magnificent palaces rose from the darkness while the fiend races found themselves under her complete dominion.

"Try not to slaughter people upfront, first meet with your sister..." I gave a suggestion.

She stepped out of Abyssal lands and journeyed to Immortal mansion then.

The Han Clan Deception

The journey back to God Domain's time sea, brought me to the Han Clan compound with a specific purpose in my mind. The fire crow's exotic bloodline ability had caught my attention very earlier own ~ its power rivaled, perhaps even surpassed, the legendary Golden Crow fire. Most people mistook it for an unknown fire, but I knew better. The fire crow was actually a divine bird of legend, bearing a crane-like body, a single leg, and a pristine white beak that gleamed like polished jade.

What originally truly lead me here was Han Liu Su's blue flame. I' know its true nature ~ sprite fire, a rare and potent ability. But something troubling had emerged during my investigation. Her memory flame had hit a dead end, replaced by something foreign, something that she wasn't at all.

In the original timeline, Han Quindi, or whoever he was, had harbored ambitions to demonstrate his fake loyalty to Dongfang by arranging his daughter's marriage for political alliance with Leng clan. But now, with Dongfang Chunjun dead by my hand, what could he possibly want?

The answer came when I delved into his memory flame. The stone mouse had informed him that someone had infiltrated the reincarnation hall and stolen the artifact and killed it many times. More disturbing still, his grand plans to seize control over the abyssal demonic lands and rule the God Domain had been thwarted by an unknown adversary, and given he now learns about power beyond saints and nothing to defend against, he was in a little predicament.

Fear had driven him to desperate measures. When his spirit animal returned through their spiritual connection, he'd used forbidden techniques to restore its power to true God level. Then, methodically, he'd created copies of his own memories, replacing those of Sub Saint Han Jiuyi, Han Liu Su, and his other children. They'd become his backup vessels, insurance against whatever threat he couldn't identify.

Han Liuisu and Han Chuyue's recently ranked very high in rankings and effortlessly winning in the jade hall competition arena making a name for themselves. It's just that it was Yue Yinliu making them for some reason.

The scope of his manipulation impressed me, and found not a bit disgusting, but I don't plan to branch out after-effects of my causal action of acting like doing whatever I thought of, any further. He'd even managed to subdue Han Jiuyi, no small feat considering her strength. When Luo Zheng's potential ontact with them had been severed, they'd all suffered ~ and Han Quindi or his orginal name, Yue Yinliu had used that innocence he always put on his face.

His extensive searches and memory infiltrations had yielded nothing about the person behind the fall of Dongfang Chunjun. The culprit remained elusive. When I sensed him departing for Reincarnation Land to investigate personally, I knew the time had come to act.

The Rescue Operation

I materialized in Han Liu Su's chambers with my presence carefully suppressed. My powerful spirit made quick work of her defenses, and she collapsed before she could even cry out. Han Chuyue and Han Cangyan fell just as easily ~ their father's manipulations also had left them vulnerable, their natural defenses compromised.

Han Quindi would notice their absence soon enough. I gathered the unconscious forms, sealing their consciousness temporarily within protective barriers, then transported them to a secure location outside the Purple Palace. But Han Jiuyi proved more challenging.

As a Sub Saint, her spirit burned with the intensity of an Other Shore level five or six, cultivator. A direct approach would fail. I imprisoned her within a field of creation energy, watching as her manner of speaking suddenly shifted, taking on Han Quindi's inflections and mannerisms. The sight chilled me ~ even though I felt it was an understandable approach from his side.

After subduing her struggles, I delivered a precise soul attack that rendered her unconscious. Not a moment too soon ~ Han Quindi's furious presence blazed through the Purple Palace, searching for his missing pawns. Finding nothing, he was truly furious. I used creation energy to portal away with my precious cargo.

The Restoration

Within the perception-dampening shield I'd erected, I arranged the four bodies carefully within the main hall near the same statue of Han Saint. Han Liu Su came first. I extracted her blood essence, storing it safely, then turned my attention to the dragon heart lock soul formation that Yue Yinliu had implanted within her. The formation carried copy of his core identity and instructions of his memory flame ~ the source of his control over her.

Using creation energy, I devoured the foreign construct. With it gone, she was left with just her soul, an empty shell waiting to be filled. While I couldn't directly copy soul memory flames and transfer them using reincarnation tool without authority, creation energy offered more possibilities. Focusing on her original memory flame, I recreated it from the fragments that remained and fed it back to her soul.

She awakened with a scream. "Stop... what are you doing~". Her blue flame enveloped me as if feeling that last darkness before her memory flame was replaced. My body absorbed it and sanskrits were glowing. Her voice cut off as she saw me staying in fire absolutely fine and pointing somewhere and she then noticed the three unconscious forms nearby.

"What's happening?" Terror filled her eyes.

"Your father killed you," I said quietly. "Replaced your memories with his own. I know it's hard to believe, but look there." I gestured beyond the shield, where Han Quindi could be seen searching frantically for Han Jiuyi, his face twisted with panic as he used spatial shifts to scour the Han Family grounds.

"You know the truth, don't you? Wait here while I wake the others."

I moved to Sub Saint Jiuyi next. The moment I destroyed Han Quindi's soul formation within her, I felt his anguish echo from outside the shield. His curses filled the air ~ "Who is doing this? Who dares disrupt my plans?"

Jiuyi's eyes snapped open, and she immediately launched an attack. But my purple divine Dao was complete and superior to hers. I easily wrested control of her energy, manipulating it as skillfully as she ever had.

"Don't worry," I said, pointing to Han Liu Su. "She'll explain everything."

Han Chuyue's restoration followed the same pattern. But as I prepared to work on Han Cangyan, Han Quindi's voice rang out across the compound, calling for Han Biluo through a messenger.

The Final Confrontation

Han Biluo arrived quickly ~ she was from the second branch, not directly related to the main family. The stone mouse appeared, carrying a new memory flame in its mouth it left the grounds from him.

The reincarnation tool was powerful, capable of storing and transferring memory flames, but memory flames were not inherently within. They resided in the reincarnation hall itself, and the tool served merely as an access point without full authority.

In my hands, it could only review memories, not directly retrieve them outside, but the stone mouse can.

When Han Biluo approached, Han Jiuyi's expression hardened. She recognized the same look Han Quindi had worn when he'd first approached her. Outside, Han Quindi put up a special array that conceals everything within. It seems his plan is to get another copy of him in her and keep her by his side always or us a bait may be?.

"Let us go," Han Jiuyi said urgently. "He means to kill her too."

"Are you confident you can stop him?" I asked. "He is a saint."

"Let us go." This time, all three sisters spoke in unison, their voices cold with determination.

"Very well." I allowed an opening to the shield.

They arrived just as Han Biluo drew close to Han Quindi, innocent and unsuspecting. He was already reaching for her head, preparing to render her unconscious and steal her memory flame. A purple killing sword materialized from nowhere, slicing through his arm. He reacted with saint-level speed ~ otherwise, his head would have been severed.

He spun around to face his three daughters, their faces twisted with rage and disgust.

"Well, well... I was worried about you three missing," he said, his voice carrying false warmth.

"Sick," Han Jiuyi spat. "If that person hadn't saved us, we would have been your puppets for life. Now you want to attack my nephew too?"

".......So you saw." His mask began to slip. " You weren't meant to...

It's good that you came to confront me other than staying hidden. You know who he is? Tell me, and I'll spare you. Otherwise, I'll make sure you won't live to see another day, and not even a word of this leaves this place. He is nearby right. Show yourself...whoever you are."

Han Liu Su had already pulled Han Biluo to safety. The young woman was bewildered by the sudden change of events, but even she could sense something terribly wrong with the saint.

Han Quindi laughed, his hands weaving complex formations. The grand hall of the Han Family compound shimmered as an array activated. Space itself became his prison, and only he could move freely within its confines.

The sisters fought with desperate fury ~ Han Jiuyi's sword formations, Han Liu Su's flame attacks, and the others' combined techniques. But Han Quindi destroyed everything with contemptuous ease, his saint-level power overwhelming their resistance. He beat them down mercilessly, using both the array's power and his own overwhelming strength.

" Tell me..is he here?"

As he prepared to deliver the killing blow to Han Jiuyi, something made him freeze. Extreme danger radiated from behind him.

"Sword Flow."

The eternal sword true meaning technique erupted with the combined power of nearly 2994 merging divine daos. The energy tore through Han Quindi's body, reducing him to blood mist before continuing onward to shatter his array and devastate the Han Family grounds and go forth neatly cutting through entire mansion above.

I stared at my sword, slightly taken aback. "The technique was a little too strong, wasn't it?"

The Aftermath

The explosion's aftermath left everyone struggling to recover. I suppressed my presence as curious onlookers arrived to investigate the disturbance. On the outside, they found the Han Family sisters and the Sub Saint among the ruins.

"Nothing to see here," Han Jiuyi said firmly. "You can go."

Once they'd dispersed, I emerged from concealment. "He'll be reborn in a day or two within his universe. What are you going to do about this?"

"Do you know why this is all happening?" Han Liu Su asked, her voice weak with exhaustion and grief.

"Your father Han Quindi has been dead for a long while now, many God Eras. He's not what you think he is ~ now he's the reincarnation of one named Yue Yinliu who replaced him. "

"....He is long dead?" Jiuyi asked incredulously.

" Yes, replaced by Yue Yinliu from the same Yue clan that the previous saint emperor ordered no one to accept such a surname. His lifelong enemy was Dongfang Chunjun. He was planning to take revenge through controlling forbidden lands and all of you, to finally kill the foundation of Dongfang and his entire clan. But Dongfang died prematurely in my hands."

"You killed Dongfang Chunjun?"

"You have no idea how deep this goes. Yue Yinliu planned to sacrifice you all and ultimately replace Dongfang as Saint Emperor. But Dongfang was willing to sacrifice the entire God Domain for his ex-lover, Li Loushuyi. Han Jiuyi must know about her. Your supposed father who was just trying to murder all of you is a small fry compared to him."

Han Jiuyi's face paled with recognition.

"Yue Yinliu's backup copies of memory flames were also erased by me when I learned about his past actions ~ manipulating reincarnation in ways that should never be attempted. He panicked when he realized someone was targeting him and made all of you his clones, implanting his memories while feeling threatened by an unknown enemy."

I produced a grabbing motion and the previous stone mouse and memory flame in it's mouth again appeared caught in my hand. " Just like this.." I erased the memory flame. I made the mouse unconscious and put it in storage ring, which can also act as spiritual beast pouch.

I paused, studying their faces. "I know you must be angry, but don't direct that anger at me. This would have happened one way or another. He was never your father. Initially, I thought he would gain power over all saints by controlling the abyssal lands and leave you out of it. But I was wrong ~ I merely advanced the timeline. He wouldn't have cared one bit about involving you in his revenge. In fact, he had plans to reincarnate Dongfang just to take revenge on him personally."

The weight of revelation settled over them like a suffocating blanket. Their father was dead, had been dead for who knew how long. The man who had been behind them were just another mask of him?, who had shaped their lives, was nothing more than the vengeful spirit of an ancient enemy.

" So I am going to kill him with his universe for real now. If any one has any complaints, you can raise them..."

That stunned them. " Wait. I understood he has been acting against us. Atleast let me confirm his identity."

" Okay.." I recreated the memory flame of Yue Yinliu and she went through it for so many past years of memory and found it was consistent with what I said, and found out it all was a deception from him. " Well, I am just saying if you plan on putting up with him just for the sake of Han Clan, he won't do it, since he can now take on his original identity without any problem, he probably won't come here after being killed."

" You can kill him." I raised my eyes from Han Jiuyi who responded to the siblings by the side. " He is not my father. I believe Aunt's judgement " Han liusu said. I raised my hand and did a crushing motion, based on the previous connection I felt, his internal universe shattered. A tremor went through God Domain just like last time.

" If you want to become a saint, the saint mountain will open up in a week or so." I said to Han Jiuoyi, as I looked through the records of Luo Zheng going through various tablets with his father and collecting divine daos, and found that he will complete it soon.

" But I suggest you don't do it. Go to Immortal Mansion in Whirlpool forest. Luo Xiao has returned. You will get the answers you seek." I was obviously telling about the othershore and true meaning.

" Who are you? Why help us?"

" Just a nobody." I disappeared from place.
