Chapter 4: The Confession

Murad decided to confess his feelings to Dr. Maryam, hoping that she might feel the same way. He arrived at her office early, his heart racing with anticipation. As he sat down on the couch, he took a deep breath and blurted out his confession.

Dr. Maryam was taken aback, her expression a mix of surprise and concern. "Murad, I care about you deeply as a patient, but I'm afraid I don't feel the same way," she said gently. "We need to maintain a professional relationship, for your own good and for the sake of our therapy."

Murad was devastated, but he refused to give up. He convinced himself that Dr. Maryam just needed time to see him in a different light.
