Chapter 12 - Rescue
"Hahaha well, a beautiful young lady appeared inside this cave. Perfect, I will gladly make you my slave and play with you every night. As for your question this is a Blood Slave Ritual. Have you heard of it?"(Abyssal Servant)
The Abyssal Servant says making fun of them.
"What?! Let's destroy this magic circle! This magic circle will suck the blood of those childrens inside, until there is enough blood to form a blood slave seal. Look at the floating blood above the center. That's the place the seal will form. If we do not destroy this magic circle immediately, all the blood in the kids body will be drained!"(Kelvin)
"Then let's destroy this circle!"(Astelle)
Kelvin and Astelle immediately move and started slashing the magic circle.
The Abyssal Servant was shocked hearing what Kelvin says. Then he started laughing maniacally.
"I didn't expect someone knows this ancient ritual I accidentally discovered. You're right, this magic circle will slowly drain the blood of the kids inside until an enough blood will consumed to form the Blood Slave Seal. You see this cage box I was sitting? There is a Unique Beast infant inside that I found that has been sealed where I discovered this ritual."(Abyssal Servant)
"I think the owner of that place tried to make this Beast their summoned beast, but they did not succeeded since the place are destroyed. This Beasts luckily survived because it was sealed sleeping inside. I will complete the ritual and make the Beast my summon."(Abyssal Servant)
"I still did not see what kind of Beast is sealed inside, but I'm pretty confident that it is a very strong one.Then those royal blood will acknowledge me and inject me with more purer bloodline and will become more stronger hahahaha! Who says my summoner class is average, I will make them pay."(Abyssal Servant)
Argus and the twins was shocked. A Unique Beast, like the Unique Class is the a Beasts that possesses a unique skill. They are also divided between weak and strong. The most important thing is that a Unique Beasts can grow strong infinitely like an Awakener.
Everytime a Unique Beasts infant appears, many summoners will flock to that place. They are only handful of summoners out there who have a Unique Beasts as there Soulbound. The reason for that is even if you do have a Unique Beast infant at your disposal, it is very hard to tame one.
A Unique Beast is very prideful innately. They will not acknowledge just anyone. Even if you defeat them fairly they will not recognize you. Either they like you or not. They will be either be killed than submit. Others also ask those Summoners who possess a Unique Beast on how they tamed one but they didn't comment about it. Of course that's their secret.
"But if you do that you will slowly wither the Beasts will and it cannot act on its own like a robot. It will be weaker than other Unique Beast of the same level."(Kelvin)
Kelvin knows that the Blood Slave Seal will erode the will of the beast and it will weaken its soul until it turned like a robot that is only following order. Although obedient, they cannot fully display their full potential. The soul of every being is very important since it weakens the body. It may not function properly and may die. But if the ritual succeeded the Abyssal Servant can just take the Beast inside his soul palace so it can slowly heal the beast soul and its body.
"So what? It still a Unique Beasts, just by possessing one I will become more stronger. A beasts just needed to be ordered by their Masters hahaha"(Abyssal Servant)
"Hey Fallen what are you doing help us destroy this magic circle!"(Astelle)
Astelle was very angry, she thought that Argus came to rescue the kids but she saw him just standing blanky.
"Looks like you're companion knows that all you're doing is a waste of time. Hahaha!"
"Tsk. A coward."(Astelle)
Astelle then increase her slashes in the magic circle but the attack of the two only cause ripples. Argus on the other hand was doing something unlike what Astelle was thinking.

This 3 skill was already running for quite sometime now. Argus was trying to find the weakness of this Magic Circle. Argus eyes are already hurting from continuous use his skill in the maximum. Since it's an ancient ritual, it is very hard to find his weakness.
5 more minutes passed. The children has already passed out for too much blood loss. Fortunately or unfortunately the Blood Slave Seal was already formed. So it didn't continue sucking the blood of the kids. The kids life is safe but if they didn't get treatment they might get a more severe internal injury or worse, die.
"Finally the seal is finish!"(Abyssal Servant)
The symbol "奴隶" slowly floated above the hands of the Abyssal Servant. The Abyssal Servant then slammed hthe seal inside the box. Nothing happened at first but not long after the beast inside began struggling. An infant roar can be heard inside.
"Hahaha it's no use struggling! After the seal was transferred to your body, your life and death is not decided by you. If you're stronger maybe but you are just an infant beast."(Abyssal Servant)
A powerful aura that was released by the beast inside the box. But it disappears instantly, so fast that the abyssal servant did not even felt it. However, Argus felt it. But are Argus did not let it distract him.
"Just surrender to me so that your struggles will be finish!"(Abyssal Servant)
"Do not stop! This is the most crucial part of the ritual. If we destroy this magic circle he will receive a backlash! Fallen! do not just stand there!"(Kelvin)
"Do not call him, he is a coward!"(Astelle)
Astelle and Kelvin continued hitting the Magic Circle. Argus ignored the two of them and just continued staring blankly at the magic circle.
"No we cannot make on time he was about to succeed!"(Kelvin)
"Hahaha you are right. The seal has almost activated. Let me give you another gift before the main event. I will kill this kids in front of you! Hahahah"(Abyssal Servant)
"No! If only we had a breakthrough!"(Astelle)
A crimson ball was slowly forming at the Abyssal Servant's hand.
'Fortunately he's only a Core Forging Realm. However the children is still in danger.'(Kelvin)
"Stop it!"(Astelle)
"Hehehe don't worry you guys will be next then I will escape this place. I know that you have called back up!"(Abyssal Servant)
He was just about to release the magic ball when Argus dash and leap at a particular part of the barrier. Argus grip the spear tightly, he focus always strength and weight at the tip of the spear.
"It looks like this is my very limit."
Bang!
Argus use his spear to pierce the part where he can see a red dot. The spear immediately hit the red dot, but nothing happened.
"Huh? What was that? Have you finally have you regain your courage? It's a pity you're a bit late. I was shocked of course that you can cause such damage even if you're a Beginner Realm. If you help them earlier you might have chance in destroying this barri-!
Crack!
A breaking of glass can be heard inside the cave. The magic circle began to break. Argus who did this was panting and his consciousness starts to blur but he held on. A notification rings inside his mind but now is not the time to check it.
"What?!! Ahhhh!"(Abyssal Servant)
Meanwhile inside the magic circle, the Abyssal Servant received the backlash of the ritual being destroyed. Fortunately the kids inside was protected by the crumbling magic circle.
"Quick... Evacuate the children!"(Argus)
Argus shouted. Astelle and Kelvin came back to their senses as they look at the crumbling barrier and the perpetrator who cause it. They immediately run inside the barrier to take the children away from the Abyssal Servant.
Argus also slowly walks inside the slowly crumbling barrier. He also carried the kid away from the magic circle albeit slowly. The twins move as fast as they can even if they are tired. The Abyssal Servant was currently rolling around the center of the magic circle with a painful wailing.
"Ahhh it hurts!! What's this pain! It's coming from my- ahhhh!"(Abyssal Servant)
The three ignored him and just take away the children from the magic circle. Argus and the three finally recovered some of their strength and they finally moved the children away from the magic circle. The Abyssal Servant also stops wailing. But he's nothing a perfect condition.
"Looks like he recovered from the backlash. Let's attack him while he still weak!"(Kelvin)
They could have attack him while he was experiencing the backlash but the children will be caught in the fight. Of course they will not let that happen. They come here to rescue them after all.Argus and Astelle also take their stance.
"You bastard you will pay for this. Although I can only use 55% of my strength it will be enough to kill you three. Especially you! I will not let you die easily."
