RESCUED

The four werewolves and the one she-wolf they carried finally arrived at one of the safe houses the Pack had for emergencies. It was Ma’Heron’s new headquarters, due to his suspension. Conveniently, it was also the property that had deep emotional value to him and his mate. Now, it was also a place of sanctuary for his sister, who was cleaned and dressed up by Alexia and Raquel, and then put to bed.

“How is she, wife?”

“She’s physically unharmed, but I’m not sure about her mind. I can only tell when she finally wakes up and talks to us.”

“Alright… So, we wait then,” Ma’Heron decided, taking his phone out of his pocket and started texting.

“Gamma, my wifey and I will have to leave now,” stated Myron decisively. “We’ll keep following them, now that they’ve finally shown themselves. It’s best to track them now while the trail is still hot.”

“Yes, you can go. Thank you both again. Until next time.”
