HADE'S QUEEN (LA REGINA PERDUTA)

The taser bit into her skin as another shock wave sped through her body, she screamed and cried until the taste of blood was all she knew. But still, she thrashed and shook trying to get away from the pain. 


She clawed at the chains with her bare fingernails like that which was buried underneath was all she had left. Still, the pain lingered, she could not think, there were no thoughts in her mind to direct. 


Her eyes would not open and her mind was forever blurry with nothing but pain and pain. And she knew, if she ever got free, there would be nothing to stop the slaughter of these men and their families. 


She would kill all of them. But she couldn't give in, she wouldn't give in. All her fighting must have been catching up with her though, she felt her knees giving out. 


"That's a good girl." A deep voice spoke from behind her. 


"L-" Athena wanted to scream but all that came out was a muffled grunt.
