Kyle just bought a building to spite Ryder, he wanted to ruin his life like he did his. In the end, it wasn't Calista that messed his life up, if Ryder took his side or fixed the damn CCTV cameras then none of this would have happened even though it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
Kyle didn't even know what he wanted to do with the building but he would figure something out eventually because he not only had all the money in the world but time as well.
Nate was a strange person but he was an honest man even though it would be more profitable in this corrupt world to be dishonest but maybe he hadn't seen that temptation to question his moral principle?
Kyle watched Nate pack as much goods as he could, he could very well take everything to sell it without giving a single thing to the shelter.
This wasn't Kyle's concern but it was a good way to measure the type of person he was.
Kyle walked out of the building after Nate gave him one of the many keys attached to the keyholder.
This was worth the money, the defeated look on Ryder's face brought a smile to his face as he drove away from the scene.
This was the upside of having money, it gave him the freedom to do as he pleased and he was beginning to enjoy every second of it.
He chuckled at the thought of Ryder losing himself, that was what he got for fucking with him.
Kyle returned home, he wanted to get a bigger place, it was time to start living life to its fullest but he had to get a real estate agent to find him the best of the best.
But Kyle also knew it was too early to spend his money on himself because it wouldn't multiply. He was so close to being a billionaire.
If he could accomplish that then the sky would be his limit, he would truly be among the top 1% but Kyle knew he needed to meet people of similar status.
This was the only way to expand his influence and network but that could wait as the car stopped at the driveway.
He noticed that Mr. Jones wasn't back yet either but he hoped that he wouldn't run into Aiysha either.
Aiysha was a woman he didn't quite understand but Kyle hoped that he was the one misinterpreting it.
Kyle entered the building and walked down the hall but it was like the universe was trying to set him up at this point as he saw Aiysha in the hallway.
"For fuck's sake…" Kyle thought to himself, he wanted nothing to do with her because he knew there was a thin line between appropriate and inappropriate.
This was another man's wife but he noticed that she was trying to push something into her apartment.
"Thank goodness Kyle, I need your help!" Aiysha said, gesturing for him to come over.
Kyle knew he couldn't just leave her to her devices because, in the end, she was still Mr. Jones' wife so he extended his kindness to her as he would to her husband.
Kyle got a clearer view of the item she was trying to get into her house, it was a small couch but why didn't the movers take it into the house?
Kyle also noticed what she had on, she had on a loose baggy shirt that almost showed her entire breasts when she bent down to life.
"What the…!" Kyle thought to himself, he tried to look away but he couldn't stop himself.
"We lift on the count of three…" Aiysha said, bringing Kyle's attention back to the couch.
He didn't know if this was a good idea but as long as he had self-control, what could go wrong?
"One, two, three!" Aiysha said before attempting to lift it and Kyle supported the weight, Kyle was surprised that she had the physical strength to lift it off the ground at all as he barely managed to do so.
The couch was heavy but he began to notice a pattern. They could have had the candles delivered to their home but they didn't and now a couch was dropped right in front of their door.
"They are broke…" Kyle thought to himself, they did everything in their power to cut out extra costs. He knew because this was him a few days ago until his life changed for the better.
Kyle knew that asking her why they didn't pay for the movers to take the couch into the apartment would hurt her ego so he kept his mouth shut.
This was the first time he had been in Mr. Jones' house. He quickly noticed that the furniture and items were barely standing but it was sparkling clean regardless showing that they, at least, took their hygiene seriously.
Kyle noticed that there was a yoga mat in the living room but that wasn't his business, he needed to get out of there.
"Thank you so much! You are a lifesaver! Do you need anything to drink?" Aiysha asked, Kyle noticed her chocolate skin drenched in sweat to the point that her shirt was sticking to her chest, he could see the outline of her breasts and Kyle took this as another test.
"No thank you, I need to go," Kyle informed her but she wasn't going to take no for an answer.
"I insist, you helped me out and I don't feel like owing you another favour," Aiysha pushed.
Kyle took a deep breath, he conceded and accepted her offer as there was no telling how this would affect his relationship with her should he reject this harmless gesture.
He needed to get out of his head, Mrs. Jones was married, there was no way she wouldn't be faithful when her husband was such an amazing man.
Kyle sat on the couch and waited for her to fetch something to drink.
She brought him an energy drink before sitting on her yoga mat.
"You are quite strong, I was surprised you could lift the couch," Kyle tried to initiate a conversation as it beat awkward silence.
Aiysha chuckled upon hearing this as she sat in a meditative pose, legs crossed almost like she was showing off her flexibility.
"I could say the same for you! Maybe you could show me how you got so strong," Aiysha said in a suggestive tone and once again, she made a statement that could be deemed as a tease but this time, Kyle was certain.
Aiysha was flirting with him and this was when he knew he needed to get out of here.
