After taking care of the two men, Finn clapped his hands, scanned the room, and asked coldly, "Anyone else think there's a problem?"
Seeing Finn's ruthless demeanor, no one dared speak up. The kings' faces twitched, but they remained silent.
However, not everyone was so intimidated. Among the World Government representatives, one of the CPO officials, who seemed to be in charge, stepped forward and spoke coldly.
"Marine, you're being too presumptuous! This is a holy place, and you won't be allowed to act out of line!" he declared. He then ordered, "Take your seat immediately! After the meeting, the Five Elders will condemn you!"
Finn slowly turned his gaze toward the man, his feet shifting with a sudden movement.
Shaved!
In an instant, Finn appeared behind the CPO official. With the speed of a ghost, he placed his hand firmly on the back of the CPO's head.
The CPO recoiled in shock but didn't immediately react.
As a member of the CPO, he was strong—though not the most powerful combatant, he believed he could handle a young Marine. He was confident in his own strength. Preparing to strike, he gathered his power and aimed to strike Finn.
But before he could act, a tremendous force hit him from behind.
Impossible!
He immediately released his Armament Haki.
Armed Haki? I can use that too!
Finn smiled faintly, and in an instant, his arms covered in black Armament Haki, like the horns of a dragon.
Boom!
The force was overwhelming. The CPO's head slammed into the conference table, embedding into it.
Finn glanced at the other two CPO officials who stood nearby. Without missing a beat, he teleported behind them, grabbing each by the head.
"Hey! We didn't say anything!" one of them protested.
"What are you doing?!" the other shouted.
"You didn't say anything out loud, but your hearts spoke otherwise," Finn replied with a grin, pressing their heads down hard.
Boom! Boom!
The two CPO officials were immediately forced into the table, their heads sinking with a dull thud.
Hiss~
Everyone gasped in unison.
Until now, they had thought Finn was just a madman for taking down Wapol and King John Fort. But now, he had gone after the CPO—this was madness!
Without a word, all eyes turned to Kizaru, hoping he might speak up.
Kizaru, scratching his head, was caught in a daze.
Did this guy just drag me into this?
"Master Finn, what are you doing?" Kizaru asked helplessly.
Finn shrugged, a smile on his face. "I'm not doing anything. They were just talking too much, so I punished them a little. That's all."
Kizaru stared at the several officials with their faces pressed into the table, the powerful material of the conference table warping them. He was stunned.
What did I just get involved in?
Finn motioned to the rest of the room. "Come on, take a seat. Do we still want to have this meeting or not?"
The room was still, the kings exchanged glances, unsure of what to do.
Kizaru, finally finding his bearings, sighed deeply. "Let's just get the meeting over with," he said.
Finn, as if nothing had happened, addressed the room. "Alright, everyone can speak freely now. If you have any opinions, voice them. We Marines will always do our best to serve the franchise countries."
The room was silent. The kings looked at one another, unsure how to proceed.
Finn, sensing the hesitation, turned to Kizaru. "Uncle Kizaru, why don't you say something?"
Kizaru's lips twitched. What can I say?
"I'm just here for the ride," he muttered. "I have nothing to say."
"Really? Well then," Finn continued, unbothered, "I'll say a few words."
The tension in the room grew. This can't be good.
Finn spoke with authority, "Our Marine can easily deal with mere pirates! The Shichibukai should be abolished. They are nothing more than pirate shields!"
"That's right!" Cobra suddenly interjected, his voice filled with emotion. "Crocodile almost destroyed us in Alabasta. So many lives were lost during the rebellion!"
Cyrus of Dressrosa added, "Doflamingo brought nothing but harm to us. I fully agree with Master Finn's proposal!"
Finn nodded approvingly as the others began to voice their support.
"Master Finn is absolutely right!" a king exclaimed.
"Marine like Master Finn, who cares about the people, is a blessing!" another added.
"Let's abolish the Shichibukai!" shouted one more.
Finn's eyes gleamed with satisfaction. "Since everyone agrees, please sign the treaty." He gestured to the clerk, who immediately handed out the treaty documents.
Without hesitation, the kings signed the documents, one by one, each acknowledging the proposal.
Finn smiled and praised them, "The kings are exemplary! You set the standard for your countries."
With everything in place, he looked around, "Is there anything else? If not, let's end the meeting."
The kings, still reeling from the rapid turn of events, shook their heads.
Finn grinned, "Alright, let's wrap it up then."
The kings were left in disbelief, realizing it had taken less than ten minutes to finalize what would have been a long, drawn-out meeting under normal circumstances.
They had barely arrived after days of travel, only to finish in minutes.
"Why are you all standing around? The meeting's over!" Finn called out impatiently.
"Yes, yes, it's over!" they stammered.
As they filed out, Finn turned to Princess Vivi and Rebecca. "Are you going back with me, or to your kingdoms?"
"I'll go with you, benefactor!" Vivi responded immediately.
"I'll go with you too!" Rebecca added.
They were already accustomed to Finn's carefree life and the endless supply of delicious food.
Cobra and Cyrus exchanged a glance, their expressions filled with silent resignation as they watched their daughters follow Finn.
Outside, the group made their way toward the exit, but then, a burst of laughter echoed ahead. They looked up to see two Celestial Dragons riding toward them on their slaves.
