Hit Me When You Ask Me To Do Something?

"Can you spare my life?"

Hearing what Kuina said, Doflamingo paused, then burst into a mocking laugh. "Fufurfur, little girl, do you think just a sneak attack makes you arrogant?"

Kuina blinked and replied indifferently, "You don't seem like a good person. I guess the young master was right about you. Time to teach you a lesson!"

"Young master?" Doflamingo raised an eyebrow, clearly intrigued. "Who's your young master?"

"You don't need to know yet," Kuina retorted coldly, before dashing forward in an instant.

"So fast!" Doflamingo was stunned. His initial surprise during the sneak attack had kept him off balance, but now in close combat, he could see just how formidable Kuina's speed and strength were.

Swish!

Kuina swung her blade, the air slicing around her.

"Fretsaw!" Doflamingo quickly reacted, his fingers manipulating five tough, thin strings that he used to block her attack.

Swish!

But Kuina's sword sliced through the strings effortlessly. The blade landed cleanly across Doflamingo's body.

Puchi~!

Blood spurted from the wound, cutting through his clothing and drawing a line of crimson across his skin.

"What!?" Doflamingo gritted his teeth, enduring the sharp pain. He couldn't believe that a seemingly weak woman could strike with such devastating force. The attack was too precise, too sharp.

But Doflamingo was experienced. He quickly recovered, snapping his fingers as he called out, "Parasite String!"

Transparent, fine threads shot from his fingers, aimed directly at Kuina.

Kuina's eyes narrowed. These transparent strings were tricky—many powerful foes would miss them entirely—but not her.

Though her Observation Haki wasn't yet at the highest level, it was more than enough to track these strings.

With a quick motion, Kuina slashed through the air. The strings were severed in an instant.

"A person like you, using such underhanded methods, is exactly as I expected. Not a good thing," Kuina said, unfazed.

Doflamingo's eyes widened in disbelief. "What? How did she cut through my Parasite Strings so easily?" He'd always been proud of their toughness, yet they were as fragile as thread before her blade.

"Dammit!" Doflamingo roared, his confidence beginning to falter. He used his Observation Haki and leaped to the side to avoid another of Kuina's slashes.

But as soon as he landed, Kuina followed through, delivering a powerful kick to his chest.

Boom!

Doflamingo was sent crashing back.

"Snort," Kuina sneered, then pressed her advantage, leaping forward and raising her sword. With a quick movement, she aimed a downward slash directly at Doflamingo, who was still recovering on the ground.

But in a split second, Doflamingo's right hand shot out, pulling himself away with a powerful yank. It was as though an invisible rope had dragged him across the stage.

Boom!

Kuina's sword strike hit the floor where he had been, sending a shockwave through the stage, causing it to crack and break apart.

Boom~

The entire stage collapsed into ruin as a massive shockwave spread outward.

"What are you doing!?" A panicked voice cried from the crowd.

"Run!" Others screamed, scattering away from the debris.

The scene was chaos. The audience couldn't believe what was happening. How could anyone dare to disrupt the Golden City like this? Doflamingo was supposed to be an unshakable figure, but here he was, helpless against this girl.

For all his strength, Doflamingo couldn't avoid the overwhelming force of Kuina's attacks. The guests retreated in fear, uncertain of what was happening.

"Where did this girl come from? She's making Doflamingo look like a fool!"

"Dare to cause trouble in the Golden City? Who does she think she is?"

Despite her strength, the crowd doubted Kuina's ability to sustain a real challenge against someone like Doflamingo. After all, it was the Golden City—the place of untold riches and power. Could a single person truly make a difference here?

Doflamingo was reeling, struggling to his feet. His chest heaved with labored breaths as he glared at Kuina, still unsure of who she was.

"Who the hell are you? What's your grudge with me?" he demanded, his voice dripping with frustration.

"Don't get too full of yourself. Looks like you're still not learning your lesson," Kuina said coldly, stepping forward. Her hand flicked, and her blade danced in the air, slashing a smooth arc before returning to its scabbard.

"No grudge?" Doflamingo's eyes widened in disbelief. "Then why—"

Kuina's expression remained unchanged as she spoke with casual indifference. "My young master has been looking for you."

"Your master?" Doflamingo's face twisted into confusion. "Who is he? Why does he want to see me?"

Kuina's eyes were like ice as she answered, "He wants you to do something for him."

"Do something for him?" Doflamingo's frustration reached its peak. "After beating me like this, he wants me to do a favor? What kind of madness is this?"

As Doflamingo's mind spun in anger, Kuina's words pierced through the air with eerie calm. "My master... he will explain everything to you. But for now, you're coming with us."

Doflamingo, seething with rage, struggled to regain his composure. "This isn't over!" he growled under his breath, even as he knew deep down that his battle with Kuina had only just begun.
