Momousagi's Miraculous Recovery
Momousagi carefully inspected every inch of her previously injured body. To her astonishment, all her wounds had vanished completely, leaving her skin smooth and unscarred—even the old injuries that had plagued her for years were no longer visible.
"My silly sister, have you finished your inspection yet? You've checked yourself over at least three times," Finn teased, leaning back with a playful grin.
His voice brought Momousagi out of her euphoric trance. She turned her attention to him, her expression softening into a mixture of gratitude and irritation. She knelt gracefully, her posture calm yet commanding, and fixed Finn with a sharp look.
Stretching out a single, elegant finger, she beckoned him closer. "Come here."
Finn raised an eyebrow, his smile widening. "Oh? My silly sister, what are you planning now?"
He walked over and sat on the edge of the couch beside her, his tone lighthearted. "You're not going to blame me for the kiss, are you? After all I've done for you?"
Momousagi rolled her eyes. "Forget it!" she retorted. Then, with a swift motion, she reached up and flicked his forehead gently.
"Ow!" Finn exclaimed, though he was clearly more amused than hurt. He rubbed his forehead and looked at her, feigning shock. "My silly sister, how could you do this to me?"
"You deserve it, you rascal!" Momousagi shot back, her eyes gleaming with mock indignation.
But her demeanor softened as she added, "Seeing as you've helped me so much, I suppose I owe you a reward."
Finn barely had time to process her words before she leaned forward and lightly kissed his forehead.
For a moment, Finn was speechless, blinking in surprise. Then he gave her a cheeky grin. "My silly sister, I didn't know you had a sweet side. Are you secretly as charming as me?"
"Who's like you?!" Momousagi shot back, her voice full of exasperation. She jabbed a finger against his chest. "Now get out!"
"But why should I?" Finn replied, feigning innocence as he leaned back with a smirk.
A Fleet in Formation
Days passed, and Finn's super battleship continued its journey toward Garrett Island.
The fleet had grown larger, now consisting of 11 warships. Momousagi's squadron had joined forces with Finn's, following their recent battles. Though her fleet had suffered losses, the combined strength of the ships gave them an imposing presence on the open sea.
On the top deck of Finn's super battleship, he and Momousagi enjoyed a rare moment of leisure. The sea breeze was crisp and refreshing, and a spread of delicacies adorned the table between them.
"Sister Momousagi, this weather is perfect! How about we have another sparring match after this?" Finn suggested, offering her a slice of fruit.
"You villain! You've already dragged me into three duels today," she grumbled, accepting the fruit nonetheless. She chewed thoughtfully, then picked up a piece of beef jerky and held it out to Finn. "Here, eat this. You'll need your strength."
"Aw, you really do care!" Finn teased, happily accepting the jerky.
Momousagi glared at him but couldn't suppress a small smile. "If you keep acting like this, you're going to drive me crazy."
A Tense Confrontation at Garrett Island
As the fleet neared Garrett Island, tension mounted. Unbeknownst to Finn and Momousagi, agents of the CP Plus organization had been dispatched by the World Government to intercept them.
At Naval Headquarters, the agents—nearly a hundred strong—disembarked from a submarine near the harbor. Each one wore a distinctive mask, their presence a silent declaration of their deadly intent.
The leader, a figure in a morning glory mask, gestured silently, and his team spread out, moving swiftly toward the West Plaza. Their target: former Fleet Admiral Sengoku.
Sengoku, however, was far from unprepared. From his vantage point on the balcony of a small building, he watched the agents encircle the plaza. He set down his brush, a calm smile on his face.
"You're finally here," he said, his voice steady and unyielding.
The morning glory mask CPO stepped forward, his tone cold and commanding. "Sengoku, you've betrayed the World Government. Today, you meet your end."
"Hah! Betrayal, you say? If that's the story you're going with, I suppose I'll have to play my part," Sengoku replied with a wry chuckle. He clapped his hands, and the plaza erupted into chaos.
Marine officers poured in from every direction, surrounding the CP agents. Over 3,000 soldiers, along with a dozen Vice Admirals, took their positions, their combined strength a formidable sight.
Beside Sengoku, Garp and Tsuru stood ready, their expressions resolute.
"You think numbers alone will save you?" the CPO sneered. With a signal, four black-masked figures appeared by his side.
The battle that followed would shake the foundations of Garrett Island, as both sides unleashed their full might in a clash that would determine the fate of the seas.
