Time passed quickly, and several months had gone by.
Konoha Village had fallen completely under Orochimaru's control, thanks to the countless pirates summoned through Impure World Reincarnation. Sarutobi Hiruzen had been killed by Kaido.
In the chaos, a large number of Chūnin and Jōnin fought valiantly to protect the Genin, allowing them to flee the village. Some escaped towards other ninja villages, while others, desperate, headed toward the sea.
Though the sea was mysterious, it was their only option. At least there, they could survive and preserve the spirit of Konoha.
But it wasn't just Konoha that had changed. Other ninja villages had experienced their own upheavals. In an effort to uncover the truth behind the disturbances in the world, the five great ninja nations sent many soldiers and ninjas out to sea.
Out on the waves, Finn's colossal battleship and a fleet of Marine warships plowed through the stormy waters.
Since the world had shifted, Finn had taken the Marines to sea, eager to see what kind of collision might occur between the Hokage World and the Pirate World.
"Master, there are many boats ahead," Tashigi reported, walking up to Finn.
Finn stood up from his deck chair, quickly finishing the ice cream in his hand. With a confident smile, he draped his arm around Tashigi's shoulders and walked to the front of the ship.
As they approached, Finn could see that Tashigi was right—dozens of small boats floated on the ocean.
The boats were unmistakably from the Hokage world, not from the Pirate World.
Soon, the Marine fleet neared the small boats, and the air grew tense as many figures leapt from the boats, landing on the water as if walking on solid ground.
"My God, their physical skills are incredible!" Robin exclaimed, her eyes wide with disbelief.
To the people of the Pirate World, this was nothing short of miraculous. No matter how strong someone was, it was impossible to walk on water.
But for the ninjas of the Hokage world, it was a simple feat. With enough chakra control, a Jōnin could walk on water by focusing chakra on the soles of their feet—a skill taught to ninjas early in their training.
The figures wearing the distinctive forehead protectors of Konoha Village made it clear where they came from.
Though the Marines didn't recognize them, Finn did immediately. The lack of pigment in their eyes—pure white eyes—gave them away.
The Hyuga clan.
A group of more than a dozen Hyuga clan ninjas, led by Jōnin Hyuga Tokuma, approached the Marine fleet.
When they reached the warship, Hyuga Tokuma stood firm and asked coldly, "Who are you?"
Tashigi's brow furrowed. "Bold! Can't you see our Marine flag?" she retorted, voice icy.
"Marine?" Hyuga Tokuma's voice was filled with confusion. "We've never heard of Marine!"
The Marines stared at him, stunned. "Never heard of Marine? Where are you from, exactly?" one of them muttered.
Tashigi's voice grew sharp. "You've never heard of Marine? Then who are you?"
Hyuga Tokuma's eyes narrowed, his expression turning scornful. "Who are we? Look at our eyes!" He pointed to his distinctive, white eyes.
Tashigi, taken aback, raised an eyebrow. "Huh? Are you blind?"
Suddenly, Tashigi's words struck like a lightning bolt. The Hyuga clan, infamous for their advanced visual abilities, bristled with indignation.
The comment had hit a nerve.
"Tokuma, don't waste time with them," a voice rang out.
It was Hyuga Hiashi, the clan leader, who had just arrived in the lead boat. "We have pursuers behind us. Let's commandeer their ships."
"Yes, suzerain!" Hyuga Tokuma nodded, before leaping from the water onto the battleship.
Finn's eyes narrowed in displeasure. These Hyuga people think they can just take my ship? He frowned, his patience wearing thin.
The Hyuga clan, a powerful family within Konoha, had always been proud and influential. With Konoha's status as one of the five great ninja villages, the Hyuga clan's arrogance was not uncommon.
Seeing the group from the Hyuga clan, Finn immediately assumed they had been sent to investigate the strange changes occurring in the world. He was unaware that Orochimaru had launched the Konoha Collapse Plan with the help of Impure World Reincarnation.
With the Hyuga clan trying to force their way onto his ship, Finn's patience snapped.
Tashigi drew her sword, Xiao Ye Shi Yu Dao, with a sharp, ringing sound. In an instant, a surge of sword energy blasted out from her blade, surrounding the Hyuga ninjas.
Puff! Puff! Puff!
The powerful sword energy tore through the Jōnin's defenses, and blood sprayed into the air.
Despite the Hyuga clan's renowned strength, Tashigi, now an Admiral, had no trouble overpowering them. The Hyuga ninjas hadn't realized just how formidable Tashigi's swordsmanship was.
In a single clash, a dozen of them were easily dispatched.
"What?" Hyuga Hiashi's eyes widened in shock as he witnessed his clan members being defeated in an instant. "What kind of power is this?"
Even Kage-level warriors couldn't defeat so many Jōnin so quickly!
Hyuga Hiashi's mind raced in disbelief. First, Orochimaru had attacked Konoha with new and unimaginable allies, and now these strangers were effortlessly destroying his clan's warriors.
"Why has this world suddenly turned into a hellish nightmare?" he muttered to himself.
Behind Hyuga Hiashi, two young girls stood side by side—Hyūga Hinata and Hyuga Hanabi, the next generation of the Hyuga clan.
