The stepmother was looking outside the window and was full of anger. As soon as sakura came inside home, the stepmother started to scold her.

SAKURA, WHERE THE HELL WERE YOU? TODAY, YOU DIDN'T HAD ANY WORK? WHY WERE YOU SO LATE? AND WHO OnN EARTH WAS THAT BOY JUST NOW THAT DROPS YOU HERE? *Angry*

"Mother, he is just my classmate. He also work at store. Manager called me because two of the staff ask for a leave today. So, I had to go. It was this late so he dropped me home." I said with shaky voice.

are lying? How dare you to lie to me? You really wanna get beaten up huh? Also, how dare you call me mother. I'm not your mother and you clearly know that." Stepmother looks down on Sakura.

"No, I'm not lying. I really was at work place. Please believe me." I said while kneeling down.

Mitsuki held an umbrella and started beating her. Her father came from the office at that time and saw mitsuki beating sakura but he didn't say anything nor stop his wife from beating sakura.

Sakura was hurt by her father's ignorance of her. After a while Mitsuki stopped and screamed at her to go to her room. Sakura stood up and went to her room. She closed the door and started crying.

{Mom, you know, I had a lot of fun out with my friends today but I had to pay the price for it as well. My stepmother keeps scolding and beating me. My older brother and sister always scheme to make trouble for me. }💭

{And father, as usual keeps ignoring me. Mom, why does father hate me and you so much. The places stepmother beat me hurts but my father's hate towards me hurts even more.}💭

{If he doesn't want to raise me then why bother. He should have sent me to the orphanage. One time I thought I had enough so I went to an orphanage but he brought me back.}💭

{He even scolded me for going to the orphanage. Mom, please wake up already. I am missing you a lot.}💭

Remembering her past, of that time. The time when she was 13 years old. She ran away from home to the orphanage but was brought back by her father.

"Sakura, Why did you go to the orphanage? Haven't I given you everything you wanted?" Yuto (Father) screamed at Sakura.

"That's not it Dad... I just didn't wanted to be a burden to you. So, please let me leave." I cried while begging.

"Dad, if she wants to leave then let her. At least she knew she was a burden to us." Says stepsister.

"Naomi, my dear little sister. Don't you get it. When she came to our home first, the neighbours thought that we have adopt her."

"If she goes to an orphanage now then what will others think about our family. They will start gossiping that we abused her and she ran away from here. It won't do any good for our reputation."Says older stepbrother.

"What? She is the one who is a burden to us."

Naomi (stepsister) slaps sakura really hard on her cheeks.

"You, How could you? We are taking care of you and you want to ruin our reputation in society. You are a freeloader here. If you want to leave then leave but don't ruin our reputation in the society. " *Naomi says while glaring at sakura*

"That's enough.. Sakura, don't you dare to go to the orphanage again. I will break your leg if you ever go there again. Don't forget what you promised before. If you leave I won't pay for your mother's medical bills." *Father left angrily*

"I know. I won't do it again.." says while looking down.

I went to back to my room with all teary face in my eyes.

If he had let me stay at the orphanage at least I wouldn't have been suffering right now. I can't leave now either. I'm still in high school.

I won't be able to pay for mom's medical bills. I endured 7 years. Just 1 more year then I'll move out from this hell. Mom, I miss you so much. Please wake up already.

Her tears kept falling down from her eyes while remembering the past sufferings.
