Chapter 22: Revelation to Sakolomé

6:09 p.m., sunset time.

Sakolomé and her friend had finished their fun in the river.

They were sitting watching the sunset.

_ it's really beautiful!!

Said the girl.

Sakolomé gets up.

Sakolomé: Okay, I'll have to go back!

The girl gets up in turn.

_ Are you coming back tomorrow?!

Sakolomé smiles and nods.

The girl responds to this gesture with a smile.

Sakolomé: Oh, try to cover yourself well, I don't know why you refuse to come sleep at my place, maybe you prefer nature?!

The girl nods.

_ that's exactly it!

Sakolomé: I still can't believe you don't have a name!

_ Haha, it's crazy isn't it!

She said.

Sakolomé: Okay, I'm going!!

Sakolomé turns around.

Sakolomé: Oh and also look at that, let's say that it will be our topic for tomorrow!

The girl is perplexed, she wonders what he's talking about.

Sakolomé jumps as if he was going to fall into the river then flies away directly and takes an incredible height in the sky.

The girl is amazed on the ground seeing Sakolomé really fly away.

_ Wow, you know how to fly? You're amazing, it's magnificent!!!

She said amazed on the ground while waving her hand.

Sakolomé gives a last smile in height and picks up speed before disappearing on the horizon.

Since then, time has collapsed.

Sakolomé had just met a friend he could confide in, their friendship went further and further.

Sakolomé never missed a single day to go see her and he even confided in her and taught her how to fly.

Sakolomé: When you want to fly, you must first control your energy and then, you must put your energy in synergy with the environment around you in order to be able to somehow seduce the energy that surrounds you in space... I may not be very clear!

Sakolomé teaches the girl how to be able to fly because she dreamed of doing like him.

For 3 weeks, Sakolomé often takes time to teach the girl how to do it, but it was always without success.

The girl doesn't give up even if...

_ Damn, it's really too difficult, I can't do it, already controlling my energy is completely difficult!!!

Sakolomé: You shouldn't interfere too much with your emotions with your desire to fly when you concentrate energy, especially when it's your first time!

The girl replies sulkily.

_ But I try and I still can't do it, Sakolomé, I may not be able to do it!!

Sakolomé is surprised and answers.

Sakolomé: No it's impossible not to do it, as long as you have energy and mana it's doable, if you can't do it it's certainly due to a lack of will or a lack of concentration...or something else...!!

The girl doesn't understand why Sakolomé stops abruptly.

_ Or what else?

She asked.

Sakolomé: ...Hum... or if there is something that disturbs your energy and your mana, which will cause a failure at the level of their stabilizers!

The girl, in silence looks at Sakolomé then she sighs and goes towards a tree.

She sits down under a rock below.

Sakolomé joins her and says.

Sakolomé: Do you need a break?!

The girl suddenly seems thoughtful.

She did not answer Sakolomé.

Sakolomé looks at her and does not know what to do.

He did not want to disturb her or annoy her even more.

Sakolomé: Listen, I'm going to leave you for a moment, I see that you need calm!

The girl replies directly without giving any time to think.

_ Sakolomé Satsujin Otoko, don't you find it weird, a girl with no name?!

Sakolomé puzzled looks at her in an intrigued manner.

The girl looks at Sakolomé and smiles.

_ You explained everything to me, you told me everything about yourself but you don't know anything about me, why do you trust me so much?! Killer man!

Sakolomé swallows.

The girl sighs again and says.

_ My name is actually Melinda!

Sakolomé remains suggestive and silent.

The girl, or rather Melinda continues.

Melinda: I was born on January 26 in a village of believers, the villagers believed in this thing called Sy666.

In my village, there was extreme poverty but the people... or rather a madman, that's what I call him, brought a legend from I don't know where, whether he invented it or not, it was the legend of Sy666, a God who would have the power to do miracles for my village.

Given the situation of the village, it was very easy to manipulate them, the poor people very quickly believe in miracles in order to get them out of their situations to which they themselves say they are already bankrupt, in the misery from which some expect nothing more than death.

The stranger who brought the legend of Sy666 had a book whose first page which was the cover was written in large characters the praise of Sy666.

Sy666 is a divine creature, that we had never seen before, the only one who believed in it was this stranger.

In the book of Sy666, it was written that If we believe strongly enough, Sy666 will appear and will do miracles for us, even get us out of misery.

I was young and I wondered why no one asked him, that if his Sy666 was such an important and powerful divinity, why he himself the stranger was not rich? Why did he also continually need to hope?! In such a mysterious and supernatural thing....

But apparently, poverty had killed the lucidity of the villagers who all began to believe stupidly.

One day the stranger, who was seen as a powerful Pastor, was now able to really do incredible things, he was now able to heal the sick, make the blind see and make people who were speechless speak.

He always said that it was thanks to Sy666 that he was able to do it, and that he was even able to see him.

All this bothers me so much, just mentioning the name of this Sy666 torments me!!!

Sakolomé approaches Melinda and takes her in his arms.

Sakolomé: Calm down Melinda, you don't have to tell me your story if it bothers you, you know?!

He said to calm her down.

Melinda looks Sakolomé in the eyes and smiles.

Melinda: No, I have to tell you everything, you have to know everything.

She then continues her story.

One day, the stranger came running back to the village and shouted in front of everyone that Sy666 finally wanted to manifest himself in front of everyone!

This made the villagers happy because some could even finally ask Sy666 directly to make their dreams come true.

Under a starless night, I was there, with my family we were all in the courtyard, there was this little boy, who they had covered in powder, and candles around him.

A strange circle with strange patterns was drawn on the ground with the blood of the village goat.

The villagers kept saying strange words.

The young boy in the strange circle was certainly my age at the time, he should be around 4 years old.

The villagers were still reciting strange words and a huge rain had appeared out of nowhere.

The stranger kept saying that everyone had to stay focused and continue the prayer sequence.

And so it was.

The sequence continued and lightning violently tore through the sky.

The young boy in the circle started crying and blood came out of his eyes, ears, mouth and nose, I was terrified, I didn't bother looking for my rest, I slowly withdrew and watched a little further away.

The young boy's body started moving strangely, there were sounds of bones breaking coming from the young boy's body.

I was terrified and fled to my parents' house, I hid under my bed.

I fell asleep right there afterwards.

The next day, when I woke up, I saw my parents lying on the courtyard with all the other villagers including the stranger.

I hurried to go wake my parents and there I saw him.

This strange creature floating in the air.

His gaze was deep...empty, he had a constant explosion of energy that did not stop gravity around him.

But that was not the strangest thing.

The strangest thing was his gaze, he did not stop looking at me, his gaze was unlike anything that exists.

I was petrified by fear, I wondered what he was going to do to me, but it was still nothing, the moment seemed frozen.

His gaze left a semblance of emptiness which was nevertheless just as piercing, sadness, this thing was not endowed with feelings like we are for sure, I could not be able to understand it and then suddenly. I started laughing.

What was happening to me?! This fit of laughter was not voluntary, but I continued to laugh out loud anyway, I kept laughing, but deep down I did not want to laugh, I could not control myself anymore, I was no longer myself, I was losing my lucidity, my reason. In one sentence, to not beat around the bush... I HAD GONE CRAZY...

The fear induced by this thing had made me lose my mind, I was no longer myself, I was someone else, I no longer knew who I was, where I was, but one thing is sure, it was because of him, Sy666.
