An Nuan heaved softly as she heard the hint of worry in her mother's voice.

She quickly reminded herself to calm down so that her mother would not notice her anxiety. "Mom, I'm fine. I'm staying at home and have not gone out. Xiao Feng mentioned the upcoming storm and reminded me to stay home."
