Stella led the couple into the living room. Just as they were seated, an older woman walked into the room with an amiable smile on her face.

An Nuan stood up again and greeted, "Mrs. Lane, hello."

"An Nuan." The older woman nodded. "It has been a while since the last time I saw you." She walked over to An Nuan's side and they both exchanged a hug.

The two of them exchanged a few words.

An Nuan used to come to her mentor's place in the past. Therefore, her relationship with her mentor's wife was quite good.

After a while, Mrs. Lane shifted her gaze to Lin Xiao Feng before looking at An Nuan with an inquiring gaze.

"Mrs. Lane." An Nuan cleared her throat. "Let me introduce you… This is my husband, Lin Xiao Feng."

The older woman gave Lin Xiao Feng a lookover. "Hello."
