An Nuan sat with Pei Zhi Yi for nearly an hour before she finally got up.

Her expression turned softer the moment she saw Lin Xiao Feng waiting for her at another table.

An Nuan was about to leave when Pei Zhi Yi called her name again. She stopped on her track to hear what Pei Zhi Yi wanted to say to her.

"That person…" Pei Zhi Yi paused. He felt uncomfortable each time he recalled the scene where An Nuan and her new husband kissed beside the lake earlier. "Did he treat you well?"

"Of course. Lin Xiao Feng treated me very well." An Nuan glanced at Pei Zhi Yi one more time before she walked away. An Nuan stopped at Lin Xiao Feng's table and stared at her husband. "Lin Xiao Feng." An Nuan smiled. "Let's go back."

"Are you done talking to him?" Lin Xiao Feng glanced at Pei Zhi Yi at another table.

He did not know what An Nuan say to Pei Zhi Yi. But Lin Xiao Feng could see that Pei Zhi Yi had a complicated look on his face.
