Rex nodded attentively. "Not bad," he said. "We're building a pretty solid navy under our command."
Cleo crossed her arms, her voice becoming somewhat angry. "We could have had additional carriers, but someone insisted on building a prohibitively expensive dreadnought for Carlos."
Rex couldn't help but laugh. "Oh, Cleo. Come on. It was your fault. You told me the dreadnought had the finest defensive capabilities, and Carlos is, well, frail in comparison to us, so I felt he needed it."
