Yura's expert hands applied perfect, painless pressure on his body, helping him adjust his posture while making small readjustments. Her skills surpassed any specialist thanks to the advantages of her system (Super Trainer System). Julian could clearly feel his back cracking, releasing knots that had built up for years. It was a strange but incredibly satisfying sensation.
"Take a deep breath and relax your shoulders" Yura instructed while pulling Julian's arms at a strange angle, triggering a cascade of pleasant cracks from his shoulders down to the lower half of his spine.
"Ufff" Julian exhaled, letting all the air out of his lungs.
"Get ready. This will be the last part, and it's going to hurt…" She warned as she brushed a strand of hair aside, her focused expression surprisingly sexy.
"I'm ready" He responded, though he wasn't really prepared.
Yura moved to his side, and with claw-shaped hands, she pressed down hard between his vertebrae. Immediately, a lightning bolt of pain shot through Julian's nervous system, causing all his muscles to tense briefly. His vertebrae cracked like dry twigs as they were fully corrected, completely fixing Julian's scoliosis.
"Done" Yura said, standing up with a triumphant smile. Under the gym lights, her athletic and sculpted figure stood out even more.
Yura's athletic body was the perfect combination of femininity and strength. She wasn't a bulky muscle-bound athlete like others, but she had beautiful abs with a slim, curvy waist, followed by the most perfect butt Julian had ever seen, and long, strong legs.
Lying on the mat, Julian looked up at her, still trying to process what had just happened. "I feel like I got run over by a truck" He said with a dry laugh.
"That's normal" Yura replied with a hint of teasing in her tone. "Quick results require extreme methods, remember?" She playfully stuck out her tongue. She knew that what she had done was something only someone of her caliber could do without causing permanent damage. "Your spine is in place now, but there are still other issues to fix. We'll deal with them in the next sessions."
"Thanks" Julian murmured as he slowly sat up. But as he stood, he felt something odd. His perspective was different, although he couldn't quite figure out why. Was the floor farther away than usual?
"Take it easy. You're now four centimeters taller" Yura advised.
"What? Seriously?" Julian couldn't believe it. He looked down at his feet, then at a nearby mirror, trying to process the change, and sure enough, his posture was more upright.

In a quick session that lasted less than five minutes, Julian had grown four centimeters. He could now be considered a tall person, although not as tall as Yura, who still looked down at him slightly.
"Your body was so misaligned that you were losing centimeters in your posture. Now that I've corrected it, your real height has returned" she explained with her hands on her hips.
"Your techniques are amazing" Julian praised honestly.
"Thanks, but all those compliments won't soften me up" Yura poked Julian's large belly with a finger. "Now we'll start the real exercises. Our first goal is to burn these 90 pounds of excess fat... in one month."
"You think I can do that in a month?" Julian repeated, as if he needed to make sure he had heard correctly. Losing ninety pounds in such a short time seemed like an absurd and dangerous fantasy.
"Heh! Of course. With my help, there won't be any problem. The real question is whether you'll be able to endure it."
"Of course. I'm not backing down now."
"Good answer" Yura pointed at a treadmill. "We're going to start with some cardio. This machine will be your best friend for the next month. If you do this right, you won't just lose fat, you'll gain strength too."
Julian, still feeling the effects of the postural correction, approached the treadmill. "How long should I be on this thing?"
Yura grinned widely, as if she already knew the reaction that was coming. "At least three hours, but you'll be doing it in high-intensity intervals. That means, you'll be doing it my way." She activated a timer on her watch and gestured for him to get on. "Every minute, I want you to give it everything you've got for 30 seconds. Then, for the other 30, catch your breath, but don't stop completely."
"…Is this a joke?" Julian's eyes widened. He had never trained before. He could barely run for five minutes without stopping, let alone handle high-intensity exercise for three hours.
"I never joke about training. It's sacred" Yura's aura completely changed, her eyes glowing ominously. "NOW GET YOUR FAT BUTT UP THERE! GOGOGOGOGOOOOOO!"

*What's going on?* Julian jumped on the stationary bike and began pedaling frantically.
"TOO SLOW! IS THAT ALL YOU CAN DO?" Yura yelled, her voice echoing in the gym.
"DON'T UNDERESTIMATE ME. THIS IS NOTHING. UAAAAHH!" Julian roared. His legs moved at a frenetic pace as his mind tried to process what he was going through. The constant sound of the bike spinning under his weight mixed with the heavy breathing that filled the gym.
Other gym-goers watched him with a mix of pity and astonishment...
Hours passed, and the intensity never let up. After finishing the cardio, the hellish training continued, with Yura always close by, always pushing him beyond his limits. The treadmill, the weights, the sit-ups... everything followed in a rhythm that seemed designed to push him beyong his limits.
