They say marriage is one of the greatest joys you’ll experience in life, but what does it say about your marriage when you can’t remember a single moment with the man you married?

Veronica experiences the strangest thing one day when she wakes up in a hospital room without any memory of how she got there. She is introduced to her family who appear warm and loving at first but she soon gets a glimpse of how they want to use her for her money. 

Veronica is then surprised when a man enters the room and it is revealed he is not only her husband but a big hotshot businessman whose face is all over the news. She doesn’t understand how she got herself tangled up with such a man and later questions the accident which led to her losing her memories.

Liam stared at the sorry excuse of a stepfather for Veronica. He knew sooner or later one of them would approach him about money or pretend to care about Veronica.

Evelyn had pushed the limit so she settled on her husband.

"You need to make an appointment to speak to me and my time is already taken up. Try again," Liam said, proceeding on his way.

Henry twisted the hat in his hands. When Veronica got married to this man, he thought his money problems would be over but how long was it since Liam offered him money? He couldn't remember the last time.

"I am here to talk about my daughter," Henry informed Liam.

Liam's laughter was the response to what Henry said. "Your daughter? That is what you are calling her now? After how many years of knowing her do you now want to call Veronica your daughter? Before you knew we were dating, it was always Evelyn's daughter. Have it stay that way."
