Lilith crossed her arms, tilting her head slightly. "Why buy new ones? I'll just grab something from my place," she said, stepping forward as if to leave.
But before she could pass him, Sebastian's hand shot out, gently catching her wrist.
"No." His voice softened, but the grip remained firm. "You might catch a cold. Be a good girl and wash up."
Lilith's brows lifted, a flicker of amusement dancing in her eyes.
"Good girl?" she repeated, her lips twitching into a smirk.
Sebastian met her gaze without flinching, his thumb brushing lightly over her wrist.
"I'm serious," he said, leaning slightly closer. "I'll feel better knowing you're warm and dry."
Lilith's gaze focuse on him for a moment, searching his face for any hint of mischief.
But all she found was sincerity, mixed with that dangerously soft gaze he only seemed to show when looking at her.
With a small sigh, Lilith plucked the towel and shirt from his hands.
